L’hôtel est complètement délabré et il n’y a pas de réception, le check-in/out se passe dans un autre hôtel. Les chambres sont dans un état catastrophique (meubles cassés, douche pourrie, draps troués, moquette sale..). Nous n’avons pas dormi car les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées (nous avons pu profiter des ronflements de notre voisin de chambre). La porte principale de l’hôtel ne se ferme pas, n’importe qui peut donc venir dans l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas du tout sécurisé. A notre arrivée la piscine qui se trouve également dans un autre hôtel était fermée. Au vu de tout cela, nous avons quitté l’hôtel après une nuit. N’espérez pas un quelconque service car le téléphone de la chambre n’est pas relié à la réception. Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles et ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos de leur Instagram, c’est une pure fraude. Enfin l’hôtel ne pratique aucune annulation, remboursement ou petit geste commercial bien que rien ne soit en ordre.

We were disappointed. We did not know that the SB hotel depended on the Boulan South Beach Hotel. All the amenities (pool, gym, restaurants) are in the Boulan SB which is also a thousand times better than the SBH. The SBH is really cheap compare to the Boulan. It was indicated on the website that iHome, bathrobes and wifi were included in the rooms, but it is a lie (i think it’s the case for the Boulan). The wifi was terrible, when we complained they said they couldn’t do anything and that we had to come in the Boulan to have a better connection… The phone in the room wasn’t working either.

Hôtel des années 70, jamais rénové. Forte odeur d'humidité et d'ancien qu'ils tentent de masquer avec la climatisation a fond / lit de tres mauvaise qualité qui grince fortement a chaque mouvement / chaise dechirée avec du scotch / ménage de tres mauvaise qualité / piscine sans aucune zone d'ombre, il y a des cabanons mais attention paiement en supplément / acces a une plage privée, parasol en supplement/ bruit de couloirs, fetards a 3h du matin on entend tout. Vraiment hormis l'emplacement, rien ne va. Pourtant le prix est tres élevé

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial. L’hotel est géré par l’hôtel Boulan qui possède une magnifique piscine et terrasse sur le toit, un gym et un restaurant. Les déjeuners inclu sont excellent ainsi que les employés. Je retournerai sans hésitation.

The general area is good. But the building needs to be updated. The worse parts are the beds. Those are antique pieces and must give away if there are any collectors for last century items. It has heavy metal springs which can poke on any one who laying on it, will hurts badly.

Since they take care of you at the reception the treatment is horrible, a horrible smell in the hallway, the sheets are not clean, I do not use absolutely anything from the room they ask you for a deposit of 100 dollars and that if you don't use it they return it to you and they only returned a part without having used absolutely nothing I recommend them if you go to check everything very well, the pool is the only place that can be

The property looks nothing like the pictures, pool area wasn’t cleanly drains broken over flowing, ripped cabana seats, the south beach portion of the hotel is like an abandon building NO HOSPITALITY room and they make no accommodations for early or late arrivals/departures. The golf cart ride for 1 mile is not true they took it away. Beach is only 2 chairs per room, even if your room sleeps 4 you have to pay extra per chair and no umbrella. The only good thing I can say is the beach workers were so nice and helpful and the restaurant at Boulan the connecting hotel was Decent. The rooms don’t go below 74 degrees you can’t change the temp either. The showers leak terrible all over bathroom floor. No late or early check ins, basically avoid this hotel if you can. I wish I could get partial refund that’s how I displeased I was with it.

The hotel was very close to the beach and the pool was very nice . I didn’t like the fact there was no microwave nowhere in the building (according to staff ) it becomes inconvenient specially for those with babies . The parking was also a little bit of a walk from the hotel (under the sun can be annoying) . It will be ideal to have a direct entrance to the parking lot . This parking lot also didn’t have elevators only stairs not great to those with disabilities. Besides these details the staff was very nice . The rooms very clean and close to the beach and readily accessible.

This hotel room 208 specifically has bedbugs. I provided video proof, photos, etc. in the hotel refuse to do anything about it. They also didn’t reply to my issue until four days later. Will never go back to not only this hotel but south beach. Because of this experience. This place has bedbugs do not stay here. Worst worst was when I woke my daughter up because I saw a big buck on the pillow one was right underneath of her and ran as soon as she got up. Absolutely horrible and horrifying..

They need new mattresses and better quality tv. The remote confrol old fashion, the flat screen too small. I hope they refurbish and take care of the mattresses. One cannot charge to rooms unless included in the price but at the bar it was ok.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente a dos cuadras de la playa y a 4 de Lincoln mall . El personal de recepción muy amable . La cama súper cómoda. Muy recomendable sin duda regreso . Si es bueno que sepan que la recepción está en el hotel hermano boulan y el hotel South beach está a un lado pero comparten instalaciones.

The property was under construction for renovation. Workers came on site at 4:30 am and were talking loudly and banging their tools. No free coffee and parking was $40 a day.

Stay away from this hotel . Worse experience ever.We booked this hotel for five days. Our flight was delayed we came around midnight to check in . Hotel had no reception until 7am next day . Door was locked , no one answered the phone , line was busy .And unattended !!!!!!!! I can only imagine if something happened or if someone needed help in the middle of the night!!!!!We had two choices stay on the street until 7 am or find the room to sleep!!!!! Unacceptable !!!!!!. Which cost us duble 1am !!!! Plus parking extra !!!! I’m still waiting for the refund !!!!!
