Many advantages to this hotel: Kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and good location. The soundproofing of the rooms (particularly the connecting rooms in which I was) is however deficient. I wanted to take a nap at the end of the afternoon but it was impossible because my roommates were talking to each other. It was like they were in my room.

Bon hôtel mais chambre mal isolées
L'accueil était chaleureux. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking mais il y a un parking public à proximité (de l'autre côté du parc qui est en face de l'hôtel) pour environ 15$ la nuit. Chambre agréable et bien isolé des bruits extérieurs mais malheureusement on entend beaucoup trop les chambres voisines. La qualité de votre sommeil dépendra du respect de vos voisins de chambre.

Tout était parfait sauf problème de mauvaise insonorisation chambre 218 avec porte communiquante 219.... Comme si on était dans la même chambre....n'acceptez pas porte communiquante,tout était parfait sauf ça, on a dormi aucune nuit complète

Excellent location, near the beach and restaurants. The room was exactly like the photos advertised and clean. The front Desk was very helpful. Only note is the walls are very thin and we hear noises from the hallway and from the room above us. I will definitely stay here again!

I hoped the TV would be easier to maneuver; couldn't connect to Airplay. The temperature could also be better, but overall a great stay at the Sonder The Abbey. The staff were super helpful with telling us about the hotel/amenities and the room & bathroom was great.

I had a very nice experience overall, there is no parking tho at the hotel but right around the Corner for all day parking for 40 buck, also the wall are thin so it easy to hear people walking around but it was a very nice and polite experience

Really enjoyed my stay. As a girl travelling solo I never felt unsafe. Room was clean, but it won‘t get cleaned during your stay. I read in the reviews before that it would be loud and didn‘t think it would be that bad, but it was insane - i could hear my neighbors snore and talk. You definitely have to be a deep sleeper. Other than that the Location was great and it was possible to walk to shops and restaurants.

Really cute property with very comfortable large beds. The staff was excellent. The walls and floors are a bit thin between the rooms so it can be a little noisy. Very nice area, close to the beach and about six blocks from the main South Beach Shopping Area

We had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, room was clean.

We loved the art deco, historic neighborhood adjoining Collin’s Park—all two blocks from the beach. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Less convenient was the complete lack of room service—even if you asked for it. Second, the hotel central phone number will not connect you to the front desk at the Miami location—all communication is via the APP—again all centralized from Europe I believe. Yet there was a front desk upon arrival. Strange.

Terrible next room neighbors. Up all night. Heard them talking, sneezing, couldn’t sleep. Hotel is nice but no parking.

Room was perfect - looked new and renovated nicely! Location is great - walkable to collins. The only downfall was that there was no pool (which for some reason I was under the impression that there was) so I had to go elsewhere and pay a day rate to use their pool/beach.

O hotel foi um bom custo-benefício. Fica numa região mais tranquila. A cama não era tão confortável. Mas o quarto é amplo. Ficamos desapontados porque quando reservamos o café da manhã estava incluído com um direito por ser membros Gold no Hotels.com. Porém, meses depois o hotel nos escreveu dizendo que iria nos oferecer somente uma garrafa de vinho no lugar do café da manhã.
