We regret to read that your recent stay here was not the outstanding experience that we aim to provide. Our team works hard to provide outstanding service to all of our guests, so it strikes us to read that is not what you were given. One of our elevators was indeed not functioning for a little. The company came out to resolve the issue right away but a certain part needed to be ordered which delayed the repair. We do not offer valet parking but if guests would like to valet park their car they can do so at our neighbor hotel for a fee. We do offer convenient self parking less then a block away for a fee. The backyard has so much for our guests to enjoy right here on the property! :) Since we cannot have glass by the pool the food is place in an eco-friendly container. We apologize that were not content that everything came in one box.
