We would like to thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback with us, Karine! :) The rooms that face Collins Ave do tend to be a bit more noisy than the rooms that face the ocean side. If we were aware that you were inconvenienced by the noise while you were in house, we would have worked to move you to another room.

We charge a resort fee that covers all of them amenities that our guests love to enjoy - WiFi, unlimited local phone calls, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach, 1 happy hour nightly from 6-7pm, beach towels and more.

We would like to thank you for the time that you took to share your feedback with us and all of our future guests! We regret to read that your recent stay here was not the outstanding experience that we aim to provide. Our team works hard to provide outstanding service to all of our guests, so it strikes us to read that is not what you were given. One of our elevators was indeed not functioning for a little. The company came out to resolve the issue right away but a certain part needed to be ordered which delayed the repair. We do not offer valet parking but if guests would like to valet park their car they can do so at our neighbor hotel for a fee. We do offer convenient self parking less then a block away for a fee. Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback!

Hello there and thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We take every one of our guests reviews serious! The exterior of the hotel is stunning! The backyard has so much for our guests to enjoy right here on the property! :) Since we cannot have glass by the pool the food is place in an eco-friendly container. We apologize that were not content that everything came in one box.

This fee covers all of the amenities that our guests enjoy- WiFi, nightly happy hour from 6-7PM, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach and much more. The pool and backyard area are full of fun things to do. We apologize that you didn't find the bed to be comfortable. We did the best that we could when picking mattresses. We wanted something that was equally firm and plush. We hope that you will give us a second chance the following time that you come back to Miami!
