Mes 3 enfants ont été déçus car ils n'ont pas pu profiter de la piscine durant les 3 semaines de sejour. La piscine est malheureusement restée fermée durant tout notre sejour. Le petit déjeuner est un "complementary breakfast" donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à avoir des oeufs et du bacon le matin. La dernière chose qui m'a dérangée est la qualité du canapé-lit car on sentait les ressorts dans le matelas. Cependant, les employés sont discrets et respectueux et ils essaient toujours de répondre aux besoins des clients. On se sent vite à notre aise dans l'hôtel car nous ne sommes pas dérangés par le bruit ou par le personnel.

So I will say my stay here was like bitter sweet. Initially my flight was delayed, my cousin was on the room also but not the primary so they were able to handle that for me and allow her to check us in and also not lose our reservation. I’m super grateful to Cindy who was awesome the whole trip, she gave us great places to visit, good options, just good customer service all together. Camilla was great also she is the manager and when I addressed my issues with her she was very engaged, very apologetic, and she compensated me for the inconvenience. This room was very affordable for a full week stay and I appreciate that as Miami is a major city. The staff was very pleasant even the woman who I will acknowledge in the not so pleasant parts of my stay. The cons: The smell, the carpet is old so the hallways, the stairways, and at times the rooms get very musty and it’s just a little nauseating especially upon initial arrival. The AC units also have a moldy/musty smell maybe they just need new filters or just updated units. The linens just always had hairs on them and on our first night I asked for linens and blankets and pillows for the pull out bed and they told me they didn’t have any. My tv was broken when I arrived and the pool was under “renovation”. I will say that Camilla made sure the tv was replaced and they were very fast and friendly also. Overall like I said bitter sweet if they replace that carpet and really fix the pool they would definitely be a go to.

Internet failures were common over a 12 night stay, no airport shuttle, key cards failed daily despite not being kept near other cards, and front desk staff not always present when needed. Rooms were comfortable, kitchenette a great convenience, plumbing and hot water worked well. Breakfast is grab n go, nothing substantial. For a great location and a hotel offeting suites for extended stays, I think many areas could be improved to inctlrease profitability and bookings! So much potential!

Don’t stay here. There are plenty of other hotels near the airport that are better. The staff is extremely rude. Knocking on the door at 8:30am even though checkout is at 11, forcing entry into the room to do air conditioning cleanings. Never was told about this at check in or at all before they came to the door. You should not be disturbed in your room until check out time. Especially as strict as they are with no late check outs or early check ins. Ridiculous.

Access doors were propped open with rocks or sticks, a stranger off the street confronted my husband at the breakfast nook. Lots of doors slamming and honestly, the rooms are like caves. I hated it. We left a day early even though we paid for another night. I’d never go back.

Room wasn’t as clean as i would have liked but I cleaned it with Lysol myself. Bathroom floor appeared dirty but guess it was just the flooring itself that requires replacing. The pool was not open but looked as if it was a bird bath lol. My stay was uncomfortable but comfortable for the time I was there. It would be a great one night stay. The staff is superb! Very nice/friendly. Overall rating of a 6 out of 10.

We could not even get water. The one vending machine was not working and we got there late. The women couldn't tell us how far it was to walk to get water or whether it was safe to do so. Would never stay here again

First I would like to say, the staff were all very nice and pleasant. Very Kind. Two thumps up for that. Now I stayed there for 9 days. First day was nice but the rest were bad. the person above me kept stomping and or dropping things. I didn't have a working phone so because I had surgery the next day. I couldn't go downstairs myself. It was so frustrating because my sister had to go for me.. Yes the stomping and noise would stop but start again the next day. ( This lasted for FIVE DAYS!!!! The pool was closed. My room floor wasn't swept nor mopped. I definitely could tell because when we moved the couch it was wrappers/popsickles sticks underneath and dust.... Anyways to sum it up... I will never stay there again. But the staff was really nice. Just didn't enforce quietness enough.. (I get you get what you paid for but damn).. if I was the one making all that noise I'm sure I would of been asked to leave. ( i was in alot of pain and was trying to heal. I couldn't even get a goodnight sleep.

We booked a Kingsize bedroom but the hotel gave us a Queensize bedroom and the room was for disability person. The breakfast is very poor. Location is really really unsafe.

Management does not enforce smoking policy - smoke comes up from pool area, corridors stink of it. Supposed to clean rooms once every 7 days - they cleaned room on day 8 then not again for the next 23 days - even after I made phone calls to front desk - it was always ‘your on the list for tomorrow’. If you like living in fotb and second hand smoke you are going to LOVE it here!

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. But overall the this property needs change. The pullout couch was disgusting. Rust and stains all over the mattress no sheets. I requested sheets fresh ones was left at the front desk . The tvs in both rooms kept showing no signals signs on screen . Only one remote for both tvs when requested from the front desk for an extra remote she said we dont have any available. No ice machine at this location. You are required to make your own ice in the room with the tap water from the faucet. Only stayed one night. Woke up the next morning no hot water to take a shower . Just glad its over . Also NO POOL PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

Terrible breakfast. They only had cereal packages and cereal bars. No juice or fruit. Paid $187 for room then was charged $100 to make sure someone doesn't smoke. Was told you will be refunded next day, upon checkout was told you would be reimbursed within 7-10 days! Not worth the money.
