Style de l'hotel est magnifique, il y a bien une différence entre le Eden Roc et le Nobu. Cependant, le check-in n'a pu se faire qu'à partir de 17h30, ce qui est inacceptable pour un tel établissement. Aucun avantage ou explication ne nous a été donnée pour ce check-in tardif.

No bottle waters in the rooms. No ice machines around on any of the available floors. Bellman went to get water, but never came back with them. My husband tipped him too quickly.

My stay at the Eden Roc was enjoyable. I love the architecture and the ambiance. The staff were helpful and professional. Eden Roc needs more food options. Eden roc needs to do maintenance on elevators because they are too slow. The lighting in the lobby at night is too dark. Lighting in the hallways leading to the rooms are too dark as well. There is no floor length the mirror. There is no storage space in refrigerator because too many beverage options. There needs to be a microwave. The walls are too thin and I can hear my neighbors. The Eden roc pool menu is misleading. If you order a margarita pitcher it’s not just 40$ it’s 40$ plus the price of the single margarita. This needs to be displayed on the menu and clarified. Also once an order is placed you aren’t able to change it which is unacceptable. If I want a different drink and I’m paying for it then the bar should be able to make adjustments. Overall I enjoyed my stay but Eden roc has room for improvement. Management were amazing and let us check out later than usual. Will be back to see if changes were made. Thanks Eden roc!

The property was very nice. The resort fee and umbrella charges are really ridiculous. The valet parking is very expensive and there is a parking lot right next for $20 in out as you like .... you just have to get a parking spot which wasnt difficult.

The worst hotel in Miami Beach! 1- Unfriendly front desk and very slow! 2- No drinking water in the room. Unplugged and Empty mini bar. 3- Awful breakfast at the Social cafe. We booked room with breakfast and the breakfast was major scam!!!! They had breakfast buffet and a good size breakfast menu. Usually when you pay upfront for breakfast, the hotel has a nice breakfast buffet. This hotel limits the breakfast to only one item from really 4 selection from the menu. So you can’t order eggs! The allowable breakfast items were aci bowl, avocado toast or pancake which they were only $17-$18 on the menu. So it was not worth to pay $25 for breakfast upfront! And the food was so bad we did not go back for the 2nd day! 4-Nobu side also was really bad! The hotel is also connected to Nobu hotel and the restaurant. The Nobu restaurant was so over rated! It is already outdated with their decor and very cheap used furniture. 5- The common area of the hotel was really This hotel is very outdated, cracked tiles in the elevator with black dirt all over! 6-The carpets in front of the ballrooms were all stained and had old nasty spell stains all over! The carpet in our room was sticky! 7-This hotel does not spend money on maintenance and poorly run! The Aircondtioning in the hallways are kept off! So hallways were extremely hot and stuffy! 8-.Valet parking was $57 dollars. 9- They do not allow free early check in! They charge $150 even when they have the availability.

When I arrived at that place I was surprised at the low standard of cleaning that most of the parts that I used in my room were used in. I had to clean them before because it was obvious not been cleaned suns the las person before me. .I was in that place for three days with a broken bathroom.And with a lot of dust everywhere.I called service three times and they supposedly came to repair it, but until the day I left the bathroom still didn't work. After all I can't say that I recommend this place.

My experiences in Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel exceed my expectations. The Staff members are out of this planet, any place I went they knew me and asking if I need anything. My experiences start at arrival Staff open the car door and Mr. Nico Valdes make sure you are taking care of. I special thanks to Mayelin, Maria Hermosa, Nash and Alberto from Costa Rica . What a great team. The customer services at the beach with Salvador and his team DJ and Diego from Peru, fabulous !!!! My friends and I had the best time ever. I strongly recommend Eden Roc Hotel not even for the ocean view and the food, but the Costumers services really made me feel a Queen. Thanks so much Mrs. Lunie at the changing room, what a nice lady. We will be back for more !!
