Hôtel au premier abord correct pas très loin de l’aéroport dans une zone correct mais malheureusement le service est degeulasse pour avoir 2 serviettes à la piscine nous avions l’impression d’embêter madame avec son téléphone …. Un service de chambre pas fait en 3 jours nous avons du réclame des serviettes pour nous laver au vue du prix de la chambre c’est tout bonnement honteux … et le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe nous voyageons beaucoup nous avons vu si peu de choses bref pour passage ok mais je le recommande pas

Nous avions réservé sur hôtel point com . A notre arrivée ( 3 h du matin ) plus aucune chambre de disponible . Un accueil infecte . L hôtel n avait tous simplement pas mis à jour ses réservations sur l application. Pour information il y avait encore 7 chambres de disponibles sur l application après notre arrivée ! Heureusement hôtel point com nous a trouvé une solution de relogement

hôtel à éviter impérativement, accueil a revoir mais surtout hôtel vétuste, odeur d'humidité et de moisissures, on a réservé 2 jours mais on a dût quiiter l'hôtel le lendemain matin, nez encombré, odeur désagréable sur nous et nos affaires, petit dejeuner mauvais , le café etait transparent ... très très mauvaise expérience

The front desk never answered the phone once during the 4 days I was there. There was a lot of humidity in the room and the elevator was broken two out of the 4 days. We had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs.

The property need a renovation the carpet is so dirty and poor ,the wall of tge bathroom are damage the door is rust , the day before my check out the elevator was broken so on the next day the staff early in the morning had to take my luggage down stairs

The parking area free of charge is an advantage. Also there are some restaurants around which is good. Depending on the time, the breakfast area becomes very busy and find a table is dificult.

The room was definitely 3 star. The bathroom was extremely outdated. The shower was nice but the area around the tub had missing caulk between the tub and the wall. The staff was AWESOME and the checkin process was pretty quick.

The The property needs a lot of maintenance room had a lot of holes in the wall. I felt unsafe like people were watching … the hallway and room Was terrible smelt moldy, and the bathroom was rusty with hair when i got there. They do have free breakfasts but I got scare to even try something from there

We are booked for a late arrival for 2 nights. After delays on flights we only arrived just before 1 AM, we were greeted by night staff extremely friendly. Hotel vending machines were sold out due to high volume of guests front desk got us a few bottles of water and we headed off to bed. Bed was big and ok for comfort. Bathroom had all the amenities even shower caps which I was happy to see and use as I don’t often see them as much anymore. Room had kiruig but we enjoyed coffee in the breakfast area. Rooms were quiet Next morning breakfast was good, but busy. They have overflow seating outdoors which we did not mind at all. Selection breakfast was ok as well. Pool was decent and clean and enough seating around it. There is take Out, restaurants and groceries within walking distance however shopping is a bit further. Second morning breakfast not as good selection but still able to get something. ( never seen meatballs for breakfast before) they kept up with the high crowds at breakfast which I liked. Check out was simple. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer any shuttle services. Not even surcharge ones. But all in all it’s a good budget hotel. I’m sorry to see that it had such terrible reviews and I almost did not boom because of it, but glad we tried it. Thank you for a pleasant stay
