Très bon séjour à l'hôtel. Services valet pratique. Par contre dommage que la piscine était inaccessible à cause des travaux. Cela n'était pas noté à la réservation.

Très bel emplacement, devant la plage. Le personnel à l'accueil était courtois. Gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine. Malgré le bruit de rénovation qui se faisait sentir assez tard le soir, nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'hôtel.

Situation exceptionnelle, suite spacieuse avec kitchenette, très grande terrasse avec vue juste parfaite. Suite sous meublée (mini table, pas d'espace bureau, pas même une étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser une brosse à dent), état général méritant un gros rafraichissement, une réceptionniste qu'on avait clairement l'impression de déranger ! Piscine non chauffée. Service de chambre "aléatoire"... Ils profitent clairement de leur emplacement.

Ocean view , spacious room ,short walk to the beach ,dining all within reach.Free bike rental ,and the doorman to greet me entering and exiting the property. I really didn't need to rent a car. from the airpot. I would definitely like to stay there again.

The property was located right across from the beach entrance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Shout out to Raul who made sure our vehicle was ready for a 3am departure. Will be staying here when I return to Miami.

Conveniently located on Ocean Drive across from the beach. On the strip and in walking distance from everything. Clean, nice spacious room. Pool was a decent size with a hot tub. The only thing that would make it perfect is improving the free breakfast and a bar would be perfect inside the hotel as an option besides TGI Friday’s below. Oh and don’t ask for more than 1 towel lol.

Amazing service with William at the front desk and Caesar the concierge. We had a 2 bedroom with kitchen and balcony which was fantastic for the 3 of us. Loved that we were close to the beach and volleyball. They provide bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers with ice for water which was fantastic. Downside was the construction noise as they were building a fitness area and courtyard. Overall, we loved the hotel and would come back.

Everything you need is here. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on south beach. Clean, convenient, ocean front, and location is everything. The hotel has been renovated and they are keeping up with it. The rooms are perfect.

Hotel was under renovation, which was not stated anywhere. We booked 1 bedroom ocean view suite, and instead we were placed on the 2nd floor with no ocean view and the room very old and not renovated. Hotel looked nothing like the pictures and most of the areas on the pool deck were under construction.

The rooms were great! The property is in transition as they are updating, repairing and cleaning a lot of the outside and common spaces The valet situation left a lot to be desired as we often found ourselves running late due to waiting for our car. They seemed overworked and at times distracted

It was close to the ocean and all the shopping and hangout spots. The staff was awesome and I can tell once the upgrades are completed it will be even better!

Concierge Caesar was very friendly and there to welcome us when we arrived. Took care of our luggage and getting our car valet parked. Our room was interestingly shaped and quite spacious . And the bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel. We had a room at the back of the hotel and although the view was missing the quiet more than made up for it. We would definitely go back.

The noise was unbearable. There was construction noise and intermittent buzzing and drilling in my room 24 hours a day - I woke up to it at 6am and it was still happening every minute or 2 at 11pm. I literally paid to stay at another hotel.
