Hotel very well located, comfortable bed and very quiet at night. The rooms have been repainted but are quite old. The bathrooms deserve to be restored, so I think the price/ quality ratio is average. A bit expensive for what it is. You can find better for the same price (and with a pool).

Personnel très sympathique .hotel très bien placé sur océan drive côté moins animé et c est mieux . Prenez la vue mer c est magnifique même si elle donne sur la rue . Prenez boules quies pour le bruit à travers les murs et la clim et un peu la rue mais tout cela est supportable sans , à vous de juger ! L emblématique voiture photographiée des milliers de fois par jour est sublime ! Le seul bémol reste pour nous le petit déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur , dommage . Je reviendrai sans problème

Great location, convenient to the nightlife, but quiet enough to rest. Rooms are a little old fashioned but suitable. The single problem I saw was one afternoon of what appeared to be termites in the window and ceil, and a couple without wings in the bathroom. It was only one day and killed about 8 during that one time but didn't see another.

We will definitely come back and stay Avalon Hotel again. A perfect and pleasant stay for us. The breakfast was good. We had ocean view and it was fantastic. Front desk and breakfast staffs were very friendly. The location is very convenient. Thanks!

Property was as you would expect for an old building, there were a few things in the room that didn't work (light bulbs, A/C) but as I was only staying for a night and it wasn't deathly hot I didn't care.

Great place to stay. Small rooms but the location and cleanliness were very important. The free breakfast was limited, however there are many options for getting breakfast nearby. We were in walking distance to the beach, shopping and numerous restaurants.

It’s obviously an older hotel and for that you expect it to be outdated. Everything surrounding has the south beach charm you expect. Right next to where manny was slackin and Angel got the chainsaw. If you like Scarface this is the place to stay
