I am happy to hear that the bed was comfortable, you were pleased with the area of our hotel, and the other kind remarks mentioned. However, you indicated that the closeness of the parking lot to the building, the smell of smoke in your non-smoking room, and the other concerns highlighted dampened your experience. We apologize for any disappointment regarding the absence of a microwave or fridge in your room. Our records show that you booked a Standard King room, which, unfortunately, doesn't include those features. If you desire these amenities on your next stay, we recommend selecting a Superior King room for a more enhanced experience.In the future, should you stay with us again, please contact our front desk in real time to ensure you're comfortable.
