Nice hotel. The Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel was lauded for its food. However, a security guard was at the entrance, checking for weapons. Not much else around to eat

We were able to get last minute accommodations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds were clean. Breakfast was great, sausage, eggs, waffles, various cereals, toast or bagels. Mexican restaurant next door is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

My accommodation plans were necessarily changed upon my arrival in Memphis. I informed the manager at the desk that I would no longer need the room that I had already paid for and that I expected that I would be charged for one night. La Quinta did not care and refused to refund any of my fee, and I'm sure they let the room to the next customer and double charged for the room. Never again will I stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites.

Didn't no it was so fare from restaurant bar no were to go found out later it is one of the most dangerous parts of memphis.no were to go to eat we had to use taxis to the outlet village or to go into Memphis which had a few over priced restaurants. When people book it would be nice to be told your out in a industrial area with big lorries opposite for your view.l am very disappointed with wydhams haven't been impressed .

The property was well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever I got into the room the A/c wasn’t cooling I called the front desk and they sent someone immediately. Once he saw it was gonna take more than a few minutes to repair the issue they changed my room and even helped me with moving my luggage. They even offer shuttle to the airport! I felt very comfortable and safe inside the hotel. On my way out the following morning there was a guest that had parked their car outside on the gate in a space for retired veterans. His window had been shattered and his car was burglarized. Now, this isn’t a reflection on the hotel they did offer gated parking this space was just outside the gate very close to the entrance. Overall the room was perfect, clean comfortable and I would choose this place for any other Memphis stays!

The bed was comfy and the parking was gated. But not a great part of town. The chair in my room was so uncomfortable that the desk chair was better. It was like it had metal rods through it.

I needed a place near the airport. I picked this one originally because it had a shuttle to the airport though I ended up not needing it. The hotel was quiet - though there were some people with very loud vehicles about 10 pm, but it was quite before and after that. Very clean. Friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast but I had to leave by 4:30 am.
