L’emplacement est formidable mais les déjeuners sont de base: toasts, oeufs brouillés, fèves au lard, le café est très bon. Épicerie et tramway en face.

Staff very helpful and great service. Location great if travelling through Southern Cross station, but not a lot happening this end if town. Room was small and windows backed onto facade of other buildings and no views. Pool is not heated.

Amazing staff, excellent service! The hotel staff went above and beyond at check in and throughout my stay, they were extremely helpful with directions and transport options, as well as answering any questions i had. Great hotel, fantastic location opposite Southern Cross Station.

Location is excellent and is close to everything. Hotel facilities were clean and tidy. Room was clean and serviced daily. Towel rail in bathroom would be good.

The room we stayed in is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The hotel location is very convenient. Easy access to public transportation. Improvement that I would like to see: 1) There is no door at the shower stall. Shower water tend to splash onto bathroom floor. 2) There is no towel rack in the bathroom. No place to hang and dry towels.

Stayed here for 2 nights on F1 weekend. Received a really warm welcome and first impressions were very high. Room was great, very comfortable and had what I needed. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Was too busy to try the pool so can't comment on that.

Excellent location opposite the major police station and public transportation. Very safe. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could/should be more interesting. We would gladly have paid an extra A$5 per person for fresh fruit, porridge, whole wheat dark breads, etc. Internet was mediocre and Norton advised up repeatedly that the link was unsafe. Every time we switched on our computers, we had to log on all over again as if it were the first time that we were going onto the hotel's website. Finally, the safe in the bedroom was tiny and could not hold either of our laptops. A mini ipad, yes, but nothing bigger. First hotel in a 14-day trip to Australia where the safe was too small.

My partner and I had a very good experience at Atlantis, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, nice views from the room as well. The heated pool is good and the sauna is huge. We had breakfast at the hotel, they had different options of cereal, different types of milk, delicious eggs, baked beans, coffee, juices, bread etc I loved it, also very affordable. The location is perfect, there’re many restaurants on a walk distance, public transport is very close to the hotel and it’s safe to walk around.

It was an extremely hot day and our aircon was on and tried to turn it in without success. Person came to turn it on, no sooner afterwards I jumped in shower and water hit the ceiling as shower head wasn’t attached
