I’ve stayed a few times here. it’s a cool hotel in a great location. Industrial tone with greenery. I’ve had problems on the rooftop at night with the staff. They did all they could to try and ruin the experience.

Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future.

I absolutely loved this hotel! location is top tier! the fabulous rooms are so spacious and gorgeous! the view from the room and the amazing terrace/rooftop! The restaurant both at lobby and upstairs had good food and friendly staff. Front desk and bell staff were helpful. solo bday trip was amazing ! Found my room decorated with balloons and goodies my cousin had surprised me with!

The property is very nice and well-maintained. The staff was nice, but not as friendly towards our groups as some other reviewers had indicated. The Charlee is in a great area with lots of security, so we felt very safe.

If you staying at The Charlie… Jordan at front desk very nice… the concierge Yulianna amazing and Laura at the restaurant even better…. So highly recommended I would stay again… the only thing I would suggest is the lighting at the rooms, my suite had a very sexy lighting but to get dressed it was a nightmare rooms were to dark at night. But location was good I would definitely rent the hotel and stay again!

The cleaning staff was amazing. I had an opportunity to interact with the manager, and he was a true gentleman. What a lovely hotel. The people who served me breakfast each morning were very attentive, professional and friendly. I have never experienced such a wonderful hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are unsurpassed. What lovely people. I will definitely return to The Charlee.

Definitely coming back here again. Hotel staff was very helpful and hospitable. Rooms were clean and mini bar was fully stocked to accommodate all guests. Really nice view as well. Definitely a must stay when in Medellin.

The Charlee Hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay in Medellin. The Charlee went out of their way to make sure we had a nice time, organised meals out and tours for us. Always with a smile and genuine interest did they ask how our day was. I can highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent hotel, great service, nice restaurants. We loved the location. Unfortunately they are building a skyscraper next door and the noise starts at 7am every day.

My stay at The Charlee Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The room was elegant and very clean. The amenities and restaurant were exceptional. I would very much return to this hotel on my next visit to Medellin.
