Superbe !!!
Superbe séjour. L'ensemble du staff est à l'écoute et réactif. Chambre spacieuse et de qualité avec une mention spéciale pour la literie d'un confort absolue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent lui aussi. Vous êtes situé juste à côté du secteur touristique "El Poblado" mais au calme. C'est parfait !!

The staff were truly the best I've encountered in my travels - warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a tranquil area yet just a short walk from the vibrant El Poblado neighborhood, with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. First time in Medellin, overall area around hotel is walkable and safe for the most part. Food is ok, and decently priced (dinner). The breakfast buffet is also decent, that is complementary. We only experienced a couple of issues, one would be the night life seems a bit loud, around 2-3 am, and secondly the shower water, it can be too cold and takes a bit to warm up, and once it warms up, you have to be careful because it’s scalding hot! We never brought these issues up to management, we felt it was something minimal, and we could self address. Over all we would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Medellin for the first time. Also, Alexandro was extremely welcoming & and Alex too.

The staff were amazing. It was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were there - and at breakfast that morning they brought out a gorgeous plate of Tiramisu and played the birthday song for him. And they did this all on their own from looking at his passport information- so we were quite impressed and honored. This is a very cool place!

Staff were very accommodating to our group and we managed to check-in slightly earlier. It was however misleading that the jacuzzi and hot tub on the top floor were complimentary — you can only use it if you buy a massage. Otherwise, breakfast was especially delicious, filling, and plentiful.

Everything was great except for checkout. They ACCUSED me of replacing a bag of peanuts from their snack try and would not check me out till I paid for it. It wasn’t the money, it was the principle of it and the customer service aspect of it. Basically they tried to say that I ate one of their bags of their overpriced snacks and replaced it with a different bag. I didn’t even touch anything at the snack tray. They did that with my friend as well staying in another room over a bottle of water. They wouldn't check him out till he paid for a bottle of water that he didn't even drink. But hey, congratulations on costing your staff a very generous tip since I had extra leftover money. You can ask Alex how well I tipped him when I checked-in. I was about to tip them 20 times more than what that bag of peanuts cost. Good job front desk to whoever was working the front desk on 4.16.24 at 1030am. You lost 2 stars over a bag of peanuts. Pro tip: Take a picture of the snacks and drinks right when you check-in, just in cast it becomes an issue later.

Love this hotel! Large room, spacious bathroom. Love the decor! Everyone was so polite and friendly. I don’t speak Spanish and it they made it so easy to try and communicate with me and my needs. Lovely staff overall! Also super close to restaurants day and night life. Literally walking distance. Would stay here again.
