Mi estancia fue de lo mejor, en todo momento nuestra anfitriona Eliana García se mantuvo en contacto y resolvió todo lo que ocupamos, es una anfitriona excelente. En general el personal fue muy atento. La habitación es cómoda, limpia y con buena ubicación. Un 10 de 10.

This property was located in a very beautiful and convenient area of Poblado with a nice shopping mall across the street and anything you need within walking distance. The size of the apartment was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was very good. The staff at the dining area were extremely kind and catering. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. The location was fabulous walking distance to what ever we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would stay there again. The only thing is there needs to be a television in the sitting area.

Been here 3 times already and it's never a disappointment. Very Spacious! Right across the street from to Ovideo Mall and Grocery store. Less than a 5 minutes walk to fitness center and Starbucks. Clothes washer in the apartment. Hard to beat anywhere in El Poblado

I liked the cleanliness and the apartahotel concept of it. It’s an excellent option while traveling with infants or elderly. The location is wonderful. The people there, nice and helpful. However… the lack of airconditioning outside the bedroom was a big disappointment and the use of a fan was not enough for 2 other persons having to sleep in the livingroom. Having a tv only in the small bedroom for 2 was not practical since you can’t be all 4 in the bedroom. Also having to fix the sofabed for the night and breaking it up for the day is a bit of a hassle. If I have to travel back to Medellin l will not consider staying there anymore if these very important matters of comfort are not upgraded.

Very central location for what I had to do. Inexpensive, especially for two beds and two baths. Excellent office and front door staff. Even includes parking space. Would stay there again.

It was okay.
My stay was great until one of the men at the front desk tried to get extra money from me, by saying I used some of the free drinks and candy in my room. Which I never touched any of it. Also he was unable to confirm if I had paid for my stay. And this was during check out, while I have a taxi waiting for me outside to get to the airport. I had to show him my receipt that I had paid for my hotel before I even arrived in the country. So this was the only pain in the butt I had.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s right next to Oviedo Mall and a short walking distance from Santa Fe Mall. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and overall I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel.
