The place to stay in the Marrakech old Medina! What Iiked the most: - Amazing service team that are very professional and truly care about everything you need. They also can propose you great place to go for eat or visit. - Super clean everywhere in the Riad. - The roof terrace is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. - Included in the package (no extra charge): bottles of water, fresh fruits baskets everywhere , laundry service, hair dryer, excellent breakfast every morning. - Security: they provide you with a cell phone in case you are lost in the old Medina labyrinths or if you need anything while you are visiting outside. They also, if you need, send someone to walk you to some specific place so it’s very reassuring - The food at the restaurant was very delicious (especially the duck). You can ask to have your meal (or drink) delivered anywhere in the Riad (on the terrace, in the room, etc.). They are taking very seriously the allegies and manage it well. -SPA service available (I did not had the chance to try it this time) Things that can be reviewed: - Water in the pool extremely cold. They told me they were working on this. - The windows isolation (to reduce the external noise coming from the city like the prayers calls) and some doors in the room were difficult to move/close. - No TV in the room (but 1 is available for everyone in the lobby) - The fish plate (Sole Meunière) from the restaurant was not that tasty comparing to the other meals

Nous recommandons ce magnifique Riad. Tout était parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour. La beauté du Riad, un décor rafiné, la propreté, le service apporté pour nous satisfaire, la qualité des petits dej. La palme revient au staff qui fait toujours de son mieux pour nous être agréable, très sympathique, toujours à l écoute, souriant. Le top en tout point.

Experience Marrakech
Riad Kheirredine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the warm welcome to lovely fresh produce at breakfast, fruit and water in the room and a friendly guide from the square to the Riad which is tucked away along a network of alleys. The inside of the Riad was beautiful with orange trees and a number of beautiful places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast every day on the terrace with great views over the rooftops.Our room was a good size with a lovely bath, comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on.

This is a special experience. The staff are exceptional in their service and care. We felt reassured throughout. The breakfast individually served is delicious and perfectly judged. If you want a hotel with gym and TV then this isn’t for you but if you want attention to detail and every effort to made for you to be happy in Marrakesh then you will be delighted. For me this is one to return to which says it all really!

Amazing property with outstanding staff in a great location within the Medina. They offer some extra touches that really stand out, like chaperones and a mobile phone to help you navigate, mint tea and water throughout the day and the most huge breakfast - so big you won't need lunch. The hammam/spa is small but good as is the roof top pool and there are plenty of shady spots to relax in comfort and style. A true gem.

Bellissima struttura silenziosa, nascosta nel cuore della Medina con cortili interni piantumati e terrazza panoramica attrezzata, con vista sui tetti della città. Si raggiunge a piedi dopo un breve percorso a zig zag, accompagnati dal personale dell’albergo, ospitale, sorridente e premuroso, a tutte le ore. Si riesce a comunicare in francese, inglese e anche italiano. Ottimi la colazione e il servizio ristorante, da provare il menu marocchino. Date le temperature elevate durante il soggiorno, il lavaggio gratuito della biancheria è stato un bellissimo regalo!

Kheirredine team We both wanted to thank you all for the great time we had at the Riad. Everything was above our expectations, from the room upgrade, the surprise birthday cake and the possibility to stay longer in our room the day of our departure. Said that what we will always remember is the high level of hospitality and kindness from everyone in the team and how everyone was making sure we had everything we need to have the best of our time in Marrakesh. We had an amazing experience at Riad Kheirredine. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped us with everything we needed. Also, the hotel is truly beautiful, it feels like an oasis of peace and calm among the busy streets of Marrakech. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

Riad Kheirredine is a true gem. If you are after an authentic Marrakech experience combined with a 5 star boutique hotel experience, then this is where to stay. The atmosphere, the staff, the service, the food is exceptional. The neighborhood around it could feel unsafe for a single female traveler but that’s part of the overall Medina experience and the Riad Kheirredine makes every effort to facilitate getting in and out of the neighborhood. The location is very close to one of the nicest Marrakech allies, close to the Secret Garden and other nice places. Highly recommended

Fantastic stay n the Medina
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech, Morocco and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by our wonderful host, Elena. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the Riad Kheirredine were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions we had and to help us with anything we needed. The service was truly exceptional. The food at the Riad Kheirredine was delicious and we enjoyed every meal we had there. The breakfasts were especially fantastic, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The views of the Medina from the Riad Kheirredine were spectacular. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the beautiful scenery and soaking up the sun. Overall, I would highly recommend the Riad Kheirredine to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech. Thank you to Elena and the staff for making our trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Wow! This is the best place I have ever stayed (and in context I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the most exclusive hotels). The Riad itself is beautiful (see it on their website), with spacious and uniquely decorated rooms (very Moroccan) and grounds. The restaurant is so good that after two outings to other famous places, I opted to eat at the hotel every night. Great and very diverse menu is available...I don't know how they do it! Okay, mainly it's the service here that is so special, Every single person, from the footmen to the spa and especially the front desk and restaurant are simply the best ever. I was traveling solo to Marrakesh while my husband was on a trip with his brothers and I felt safe, comfortable, looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Two special things: they give you a cell phone with a direct Whatsapp connection to the hotel and you can call them to get help if you get lost or need anything and they will be right there. Next, the small streets of the medina in Marrakesh are winding and difficult to remember. When you go out, they will send a footman to walk you and when you are ready to come back, tjhey will send someone to find you and bring you back. As soon as you book, the Riad will contact you to begin setting up things you might like to do (tours, restaurant reservations, and the like). I highly recommend you let them set your excursions up. They know the guides and operators extremely well. The best!!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad war wunderschön. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat und immer mit einem herzlichen Lachen begrüsst. Nach unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein freundliches Gespräch und haben eine Karte mit allen wichtigen Sightseeing Orten sowie ein Handy erhalten. Bei jeglichen Fragen waren sie für uns da und haben sogar Reservierungen für uns gemacht. Das Essen war toll und wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass man selber wählen konnte wo im Riad (ob im Zimmer, Pool, Restaurant oder Terrasse) man das Frühstück zusich nehmen wollte. Wir haben zudem ein Upgrade in die Suite Imperial erhalten was wir natürlich super fanden. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und wurden zweimal täglich aufgeräumt und frische Tücher aufgehängt. Dem Riad ist das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr wichtig und das spürt man sehr. Wir können das Riad nur empfehlen. Top, Top,Top!

This riad has the most courteous staff we have ever seen! Everyone was polite and went out of way to help, especially Elena, Siham and Sara. We had booked some early morning tours, but the riad arranged early breakfast for us even at 6:30! On our way back there was a change in COVID test requirement, Elena called TAP Portugal Airline and stayed online for hours on our behalf to find out the right information. Complimentary laundry service was provided, and anything we need such as coffee and supplies they would deliver to our room right away. The food was fabulous in the riad, better and cheaper than most gourmet restaurants in Marrakesh. We ended up eating almost every night on rooftop (nice view) in the riad. The staff followed COVID protocol well. Room was clean with twice a day housekeeping service. This was by far the best accommodation we have had in our trips to many countries and places!

Best Service We’ve Ever Experienced
Riad Kheirredine is absolutely extraordinary in every way. We came here for five nights to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday; I suppose she must have mentioned the occasion when making the reservation, but even so it was quite a surprise the morning of the actual birthday as we were finishing up our (as usual, glorious) breakfast beside the garden pool when the staff arrived with a specially made cake singing “Happy Birthday.” I wish I could have said that I had requested the special treatment, but no: It was the Riad’s staff exhibiting the remarkable thoughtfulness they bring to everything they do. It is no exaggeration to say that I have never experienced better service in a lifetime of travel (by a long shot). The free laundry service is so good that we were joking that we would make special trips from our home near Lisbon just to bring our laundry to be cleaned. And the food was never less than absolutely delicious. Add all that to a physical space filled with beautiful rooms and all manner of great comfortable nooks to recline and relax—once we discovered the bedlike aerie in the rooftop pergola they almost needed to pry us out out of there to get us to leave—and it’s no wonder that we’re not only thrilled to have discovered Riad Kheirredine, but eager to return.

The service at the Riad was phenomenal! They gave us a phone throughout our trip to make sure we didnt get lost and to communicate with us. They double checked all the tours we had before hand to make sure they went well and helped us set up dinner resercations. They upgraded our room. Overall it was an amazing experience.

The staff were outstanding and then some. Were there as the city was getting shut down due to COVID-19, and they still were taking care of us and helping the guests.

The Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful oasis within the Medina - a lovely property with comfortable rooms and absolutely stunning views of the Atlas Mountains from the roof terrace. But the thing that makes it special are the wonderful staff. They honestly couldn’t be any more friendly and helpful. Whether it’s guiding guests around the labyrinth alleyways, serving meals at any time of day and wherever we wanted, arranging tours, or the simple but effective idea of giving guests a local mobile phone during their stay, the staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I travel a lot with my job and my wife and I are lucky enough to take 3 or 4 overseas breaks most years; we can genuinely say the welcome and assistance from the men and women at Riad Kheirredine is as good as we’ve experienced anywhere. Truly exceptional.

Everyone was so helpful especially Elena who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Hotel staff gave us directions around the Medina and picked us up when we got lost. Complimentary laundry service is excellent.

Amazing Oasis
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It was an oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel was absolutely stunning and the rooms were well decorated and immaculate. The breakfast and food at their restaurant included some of the best meals we had in Morocco. Plus, everyone who worked there was so friendly that you felt like family, and the service was phenomenal; the staff anticipated what you wanted before you even had to ask. It was perfect for two single female travelers visiting Morocco for the first time because they provide you with a phone with GPS, lots of local information, and the staff can help you navigate the medina so you don't get lost. If you are at all considering Marrakech, definitely come and make sure you stay here!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Riad Kheirredine. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great location and service. Highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Sara and her team are wonderful! Things that really stand out are the ability to check out late (as late as 5 pm) without extra charge. The free laundry service is an exceptional free and thoughtful perk. It was a wonderful overall experience and I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wishes to be pampered.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Riad Kheirredine. The staff was amazing, we felt like we were waited on hand and foot. They gave us a phone with their numbers and a map to help us get around the complicated Medina and sent someone to meet us to get us through the especially tricky streets back to the hotel. Breakfast was complimentary and always delicious, as well as mint tea, lots of bottled water, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The grounds were gorgeous - everything is well manicured and beautifully designed. We felt like we had our own private oasis after busy, bustling days at the Medina. We would come back to Marrakech just to stay here again! We were sad to leave!

Unglaublich persönlich geführtes fünf Sterne Riad Mitten in der Medina. Sehr sauber, super Essen kund insbesondere der Service ist unglaublich. Es wird direkt ein Mobiltelefon übergeben, um jederzeit das Riad anrufen oder sonst kontaktieren zu können, wenn man sich in Stadt verlaufen hat oder abgeholt werden will. Das extrem freundliche Personal bringt einen jederzeit zu Knotenpunkten, an denen man die Stadt weiter erkunden kann. Tolles Essen, tolle Lage, super saubere Zimmer. Insbesondere die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Service ist beeindruckend. Absolut top- wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
