Bonjour En effet, le riad Anya est très proche de tout les sites culturels à visiter à pied . Nous sommes désolés pour le Hammam mais il va être refait complètement très prochainement. Nous allons regarder avec précision les sanitaires de votre salle de bain afin de les réparer si nécessaire Bien cordialement Annie Propriétaire du riad Anya

Charmant riad bien placé, près du palais royal. Au calme. Proche des sites touristiques. Bon accueil, personnel sympathique et prévenant. Petit déjeuner excellent et très varié. Goûtez aux très bons repas du soir concoctés par la cuisinière : couscous (génial et copieux).

Un Riad parfaitement placé : calme mais proche de la place Jemma el Fna. Un service impeccable au sein du riad avec un personnel à l'écoute et attentionné.

SUPERBE Riad dans Marrakech !!!
SUPERBE Riab, super personnels, et superbe temps en Nov. (Du 26 Nov. au 03 Déc. 25° à Marrakech !!!) Juste à côté du nouveau Palais Royal (Très sécurisant !), Pas dans la tumulte de la médina ! Mais à 10m à pieds de celle-ci et de La Place Jemaa el-Fna... Et on peut manger au bout de la rue une bonne soupe Marocaine (Harira) chez Ibrahim (5 dirham)...

Un véritable havre de paix..
Une ambiance chaleureuse se cache derrière la porte de ce magnifique RIAD.... Le personnel , ainsi que les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible... un endroit à ne pas manquer si vous séjournez à Marrakech ... sans oublier l'emplacement qui apporte encore un plus..

Very nice Riad
We had a delightful stay at this little oasis of calm in Marrakesh. About a 12 minute walk away from the main square, tucked down a side street. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Smells of fleur d'oranger and felt very luxurious. Soft thick towels and wonderful cosmetics in the bathroom. The rooftop is a delight, just a shame the jacuzzi wasn't working.

The location (safe & convenient) and comfort, look and atmosphere are all great. Dependent upon which room you have, some are quieter than others. If you're comparing breakfasts between this and others around the country, it's on the lower end in terms of options but amount is fine. It is still a pretty good breakfast (mostly carbs). There's a doorbell to ring to get in at anytime which depending where your room is can be heard. Lovely rooftop places to sit, small courtyard pool and rooftop hottub, Beds and bathrooms just fine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

The Riad was perfectly located to walk to most of the sites in Marrakech. It was a cosy Riad with good rooms and facilities, including a roof top terrace. Friendly staff.

Riad in einer guten Lage zum Zentrum. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Mabchmal mussten wir etwas Geduld aufbringen, bis die Tür geöffnet wurde. Das eigentlich abgebotene und von uns reservierte Hammam im Haus funktionierte leider nicht.

Traditional Riad
Riad Anya was the perfect place for us to stay before and after our hiking trip in the Atlas Mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. The airport transfer service was good value for money and very convenient. The courtyard was a beautiful place to relax and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

Charming Riad; Fantastic location; Good Service
We were welcomed with some Mint Tea and shown where to go and what to avoid on a local map. Jamila and staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, cleaned daily, comfy beds and fresh linen. Decor is traditional Moroccan Riad with AirCon in our room and WiFi throughout. We were able to have a Hammam spa and a massage within the Riad itself at a discounted price compared to the many Hammams in town and it was a lovely relaxing experience. Riad Anya is a great base, comfortable, cosy and away from the hustle bustle but close enough to be walking distance to the Medina, Jemaa-al-Fnaa square and other local sights. Lastly, the roof terrace is perfect for catching some sun after a busy day of seeing the local sights and fresh towels and hats are provided for guests' use.

Beautiful break from the chaos of the Medina
My husband and I spent two nights at Riad Anya before leaving for the mountains and would have stayed there again on our return but they were fully booked. The Riad is beautiful, spacious and yet cozy. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to try to reschedule someone to pick us up at the airport when our flight was delayed. Although it can be a little disconcerting for inexperienced travellers to find themselves walking down what we North Americans would refer to as a “small back alley”, finding Riad Anya is in fact much easier than finding most of the Riads in the Médina itself. We felt very safe comIng and going even late at night.

Não tem o que diz ter no site, como piscina exterior e jacuzzi. A foto exibida do hotel não é a real. Encontra-se localizado perto de muitas atrações no entanto numa rua que não inspira qualquer confiança, sendo que sair á noite para jantar torna-se desconfortável. O hotel não serve jantar nem almoço, mesmo que seja pedido. Por vezes responderam de forma bastante torta. No final, apesar de todas estas falhas, obrigaram-nos a pagar 25€ de “taxa turística”. Não voltaria de todo.

Seu comentário não nos surpreende. Pensamos que cometeu um erro enquanto reserva Riad Anya. Na verdade, queríamos voltar com jovens homens marroquinos e levá-los ao seu quarto. O que está proibido em Marrocos. Os jantares devem ser encomendados pela manhã para a noite, o que lhe foi dito muitas vezes. No entanto, você continuou a pedir uma refeição quando chegou à noite. O riad Anya existe há 10 anos e nós recebemos apenas elogios na decoração e fotos nos vários sites. As taxas de turismo não estão incluídas no preço e são cobradas a todos os hóspedes. Nós entendemos que você não quer voltar para casa e certamente encontrará um lugar adaptado aos seus desejos. Nós aplicamos leis marroquinas e isso certamente é o que mais o incomodou. Your comment does not surprise us. We think you made a mistake while booking Riad Anya. Indeed, we wanted to return with young Moroccan men and take them to your room. What is forbidden in Morocco. Dinners must be ordered in the morning for the evening, which you have been told many times. However, you continued to ask for a meal when you arrived in the evening. The riad Anya exists for 10 years and we received only compliments in the decoration and photos on the various sites. Tourist taxes are not included in the price and are charged to all guests. We understand that you do not want to come back home and you will certainly find a place adapted to your desires. We apply Moroccan laws and that is certainly what has bothered you the most.

Riad encantadora
¡TODO PERFECTO! Un apunte muy importante es que a nosotros nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que habiamos reservado :). La riad está situada en una zona de la medina en la que todavía vive gente de allí por lo que tienes la oportunidad de ver como es su día a día, tambien está a unos 15 minutos andando del centro comercial Menara Mall y del barrio pijo en el que puede uno ver la cara mas moderna de Marrakech. En cuanto al establecimiento en si, es todo como en las fotos. El personal es súper agradable, el desayuno está muy rico, la piscina y la azotea con mesas y tumbonas están muy bien para relajarse con unas buenas vistas después de visitar la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable.

Great little Riad!
Great little Riad in a local neighbourhood. The pool was a great way to cool off from a 38° day. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Great Wi-Fi and good speeds too. The room was very nice and had a great shower the bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked with no issues. A short quick walk to the Medina and local stores nearby to grab bottled water or fruit.

Lovely staff but quite basic accommodation
The staff were lovely. The room was adequate but quite small and dark. The rooftop area is fine but there is no outdoor pool area to cool down. The location is not the best - it is about a ten minute walk to the square and you have to cross over main roads / busy roads. If you are looking for something cheap and cheerful this is perfect.

the pool is on the patio and you have a jaccuzzi on the roof. The riad is about 10 mn walk to the square and you have quiet on the roof.

Real neighbourhood!
This was a return visit! The welcome was warm, and indeed Jemila recalled that I had stayed at the riad June 2015 with my husband...10 days. Nothing much changed, which was pleasing. I brought a friend with me this time, first time for her In Morroco, and Marrakech, to "experience" staying in a riad. She was indeed impressed.

Dejlig riad, pæn og ren. Roligt beboelsesområde. Kort gåtur til centrum og souks. Værelset var fint og badet dejligt rent og hyggeligt. Wifi dog m svingende hastighed

Nice Traditional Riad, But Lacking Some Basics
Pros: Immaculately clean and charmingly furnished Riad Very comfortable bed Exceptionally kind and considerate staff Within walking distance of many major tourists sites and shopping Cons: Difficult to find and no appropriate directional signage Embedded so far into the Medina that you must walk with your suitcases several hundred meters through a maze of narrow allies from the street. Tiny room with little space to even open a suitcase. Lounges, dining room, and public areas are cold and unheated (but we did have heat in the room) Simple coffee and pancake breakfast was inadequate and quickly chilled No television in the room and the TV in the lounge doesn't work WiFi was unreliable, working only intemittantly The massage room was ice cold and the massage was mediocre at best Does not have advertised airport shuttle, but will book a taxi for you (however, you'll pay a 50% premium)

Great location and wonderful staff
So happy that our Riad was so close to everything. From the main street at the big door entrance, you can make a right and go to the Kasbah and historical sites, and a left to everything else including about a 10 minute walk to Jemaa El Fnaa. All staff members were friendly, always smiling and helpful including Barak who helped us the most with our reservations, calling taxi's, and what ever we needed he was there day and night. Breakfast was good and different every morning, you can choose to have it anywhere in the Riad including the rooftop. We were very happy with our stay, no complaints about anything and would definitely stay here again.

Sehr empfehlenwertes Riad in Marrakesch
Das Riad Anya ist ein schönes Riad in super Lage. Das Riad zu finden ist eine ziemliche Herausforderung aber wenn die dicke Tür aufgeht betritt man eine Oase im Herzen von Marrakesch. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick über Marrakesch. Das (süße) Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber durchaus gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und 24h am Tag erreichbar. Wir waren im Standardzimmer. Beim Schließen der Badetür blieb in der Mitte immer ein kleiner Spalt offen aber damit kann man Leben. Leider war der Jacuzzi defekt. Das Zimmer war sehr überschaubar (ein Bett, ein Stuhl, ein Schrank) aber bei einem Urlaub in Marrakesch befindet man sich sowieso nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Stadtführung, die vom Hotelpersonal organisiert werden kann (unser Guide war Abdelouahab Dafli).

Nice Stay
I had a wonderful stay at the Riad Anya. The Riad itself is lovely, not too overdone but decorated tastefully and very clean. My room was quiet and nicely decorated, but I was a little confused as to why there seemed to be no key. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. They did get me a half day guide which after checking what others were paying was quite expensive for one person and it felt uncomfortable having to negotiate. The blocks surrounding the Riad were quiet and interesting but after getting out to the main street it got chaotic and somewhat confusing. I got used to the walk to the main square, but wished it were a bit closer for me perhaps simply because I get lost easily and I was walking alone.
