Regarding the fireplace, please be sure that it is fully functionnal, you only need to call our conciergerie team with the free mobile phone we provided you during your check-in and they would have been more than happy to make the fireplace work and warm-up your beautifull private villa. Also, regarding our location, it is only 12-15min from the city center with our 24/7 private drivers available and cheaper than regular taxis. Moreover, our resort is a true heaven to relax and benefit from a luxury escape in a peaceful environment, around your large and private swimming pool facing the great view of Marrakech's Palmgrove, away from the busy and poluted area the city center faces day-to-day.
