Lamentablemente, ninguna de ellas satisfizo sus preferencias. Teníamos otras disponibilidades en plantas más altas, pero entendemos que usted necesitaba estar en la planta 1, lo que limito nuestra oferta.Respecto al cargo adicional del suplemento de mascota y la tarifa de limpieza, queremos informarle que hemos procesado la devolución directamente a su tarjeta, como pudo comprobar cuando lo hicimos durante el check out.
