Très bon hôtel en général.
L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons été déçus par le fait que notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée un jour, nous avons réclamé, car nous avions aussi besoin de serviettes pour la douche. À la réception ils ne se sont pas excusés et nous ont dit qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde. Je leur ai dit que ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas faire la chambre. Ils l'ont nettoyée à 20h. Et mal. C'est scandaleux quand on connaît le prix ! Pour le reste c'est très bien. Une note particulièrement bonne à Anton qui travaille la nuit à la réception, et la dame cubaine qui s'occupe de la boutique de vêtements .Excellente ambiance à la piscine

We arrive after midnight but I have already emailed the property about the sofa bed and stuff reminding them to be ready ( though it was already included and mentioned in expedia website) 1am we are waiting for bed covers and linen and making our own sofa bed and been requesting about pillow and stuff.. 2:44 am it arrive when we are so tired from a 3 hour flight.. very disappointed

The stay was just “ok”. Good points, nice selection at breakfast, bar staff & check in staff were nice. Cleaning staff were very friendly. The location was good to where we needed to be. Poor points, staff at breakfast were very rude, the cleaning was non existent (hairs from previous guests all over our hotel room) our room was above a VERY noisy nightclub we had to get moved!

Gorgeous property in a good location! Bed was super comfortable and design, on point. Huge tv with ability to.cast from phone. Frustrations: no a/c in room (I guess it's seasonally available, but my room was way too warm!); food options extremely limited (buffet or room service only) for breakfast and dinner; some snacks available at.lunch time (at the one bar)but few choices overall; kettle in room, but charge over €3 for tea bag or coffee pod... just crazy for this kind of property. I'm sure there are travelers for whom this scenario would work out, but for me, it was disappointing.

La peor experiencia de siempre
Estuve en esta estructura de Marbella el domingo 21 genero porque tenia una reserva por una noche y después de ser recibida por la direction un encargado de la recepción al Check in me dijo que tenia una reserva de una habitación clásica pero que me quería proponer un upgrade gratuito por mi estancia a una habitación mejor. El problema fue que la primera habitación que me asignaron no tenía balcón ( creo una de las pocas que no tiene ) y además me avisaron que esta parte del hotel tenía ruido por la Obra en el Casino, la Segunda al lado tenía un malo olor muy fuerte a su interior como pudo averiguar el encargado también y la Tercera un ruido increíble de la calle. Así que me fue 20 Minutos después de haber ententando sin resultado de encontrar una habitación confortable. Sinceramente es la Primera vez que me pasa de experimentar una tan mala además en genero en un hotel Que se supone no está completo de momento Que en Marbella es baja temporada y además l Estructura es muy grande! Además me pidieron 70 Euros más por el perro y 50 total 130 euros más para una mascota de 5 kg!!!!! Dicen por limpieza extra también esto no es algo nórmal! Pregunte’ por email el rembolso de lo 70 y 50 euros y ni me contestan ! Ya pasaron 4 dias !!!!!! Ninguna respuesta !!!! No quieren rembolsarme se supone. Ni me contestan a mi email. Irrespetuoso! nunca me paso una experiencia tan poco agradable y viajando mucho creo que vuestro equipo y vuestra extructura tiene mucho que mejorar !!!

Lamentamos profundamente que no haya encontrado el confort que esperaba y agradecemos sinceramente que comparta sus inquietudes con nosotros.Desde su llegada, hemos tomado medidas para asegurar que su estancia sea especial, otorgándole un upgrade a la categoría VIP para proporcionarle una experiencia única. Entendemos que la primera habitación asignada no cumplió con sus expectativas. Hicimos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ofrecerle alternativas, mostrándole dos habitaciones adicionales. Lamentablemente, ninguna de ellas satisfizo sus preferencias. Teníamos otras disponibilidades en plantas más altas, pero entendemos que usted necesitaba estar en la planta 1, lo que limito nuestra oferta.Respecto al cargo adicional del suplemento de mascota y la tarifa de limpieza, queremos informarle que hemos procesado la devolución directamente a su tarjeta, como pudo comprobar cuando lo hicimos durante el check out. El depósito de 50 euros también se revertirá, aunque el tiempo de procesamiento puede depender del banco.Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no estuviera a la altura de sus expectativas y agradecemos la oportunidad de mejorar.Con muchas ganas de recibirle de nuevo y brindarte de nuestro rockin service!Un saludo,

Terrible experience! The reception was abysmal, and I had to wait for my room for a whopping 3 hours. The service was utterly disappointing, with no apology or effort to rectify the situation. Would not recommend this hotel.
