des cafards dans la chambre
La salle de bain était petite avec des petits cafards. Le petit déjeuner très mauvais...Le seul point positif est que l'hôtel se trouve pas loin de l'activité nocturne.

L'hôtel est médiocre mais l'emplacement bon
L'hôtel est dans une rue adjacente aux gogos clubs et massages donc l'emplacement est bon pour son prix. Néanmoins il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain, ancienne aircon, vieu lit.

Peu cher mais médiocre
Pour un prix assez bas, on ne peut pas trop se plaindre. A savoir cependant : aucun service, ménage minimal sur demande uniquement et encore... (ma demande a été oubliée). Quartier très bruyant et aucune isolation acoustique dans cet hôtel. Durée des Check in et surtout Check out très longs.

juste un petit bemol
le seul petit souci. c'est le petit déjeuner. des petits problèmes de communication entre les différents services.nous l'avons demandé en salle le premier jour . salle qui est au dernier étage de cette tour donc une jolie vue sur makati . nous n’étions pas sur la liste .nous n'avons rien changé a notre commande le 2eme jour,et surprise on nous l'a servi en chambre mais comme est inclus dans le prix de la chambre et que nous somme aux philippines .c'est peu de chose hôtel a recommander .d'un tres bon rapport qualité prix

j y suis reste 5 nuits et jamais on on n a changer les serviettes and nettoyer ma chambre duranr les 5 jours, poubelles non videes je ne recommande pas cet hotel bien entendu le prix reste satisfaisant pour l emplacement

Baustelle gegenüber bei Tag und Nacht, samstags und sonntags all inclusive ! - Defekter Fahrstuhl - eine Herausforderung bei 32 °C, tag und nacht ! Zusätzliche Bettkissen gegen Aufpreis pro Tag ! - Säuberung der Zimmer nur nach Aufforderung, Fehlende Hygienemittel im Bad Selbstbeschaffung erforderlich !! Frühstück gebucht - in 2 1/2 Wochen niemals bekommen - Räumlichkeiten zum Frühstück wurden niemals gezeigt !! - Unzumutbar ich weiss nicht warum Expedia so etwas anbietet !!

Nightmare
I could not stay there spent one night and checked out next day. The pictures are not true . I checked in and room was not very clean as I saw bugs under cushion on bench in kitchen . The phone didn't work when they checked it the wires were broken so would have to wait for telephone company . The toilet stunk of urine and the showere was dirtier than I was . Towels and sheets were clean . Got bitten in my sleep quite badly guess the bed bugs liked me . If you are not concerned about all that and want to party guess outdoor be a good location as all bars in the area so very noisy and did not get much sleep . Went up to the "terrace for breakfast " No terrace like in pictures .the plants in pictures were not there only 2 dead ones and dirty cement area .Gone were the tables and chairs In the "Resteraunt " there were only miss matched chairs and tables no air on but eggs were good Couldn't get out of there fast enough paid more for another hotel but I didn't care Always remember you only get what you pay for and sometimes you need a nightmare to remind you

worst hotel staff ever!
Hotel staff are so unwelcoming, unfriendly, not accommodating. I asked to extend one more night, and the staff sounded like she was not interested. Also, they should have informed us about the breakfast (where,when,what) during the check in.

일단 위치가 좋습니다. 마카티 에뷰뉴랑 걸어서 10초도 걸리 않습니다. 오히려 대로변이 아니라 좀더 조용합니다. 걸어서 갈수있는 거리에 한국식당들과 커피숍들이있어 좋습니다 물론 밤문화를 걸어서 즐길수 있는 거리입니다. 단점은 시설이 노후된것. 그리고 직원 2~3명을 제외한 직원들의 서비스가 완전 엉망이라는것. 그렇지만 가격대비 위치는 좋습니다

Hotel economico ma camere abbastanza grandi e letto confortevole Queen size. Posto centrale è abbastanza tranquillo . Ottima colazione compresa nel prezzo. Consigliato per brevi periodi di soggiorno e per chi mi ha esigenze di 4 stelle!! Ottimo qualità prezzo!

やはり出ました！
暑くて仕方ないのでしょうが、コックローチが出ます。また、テレビもブラウン管で映りが悪い。エアコンもうるさいので切らないと寝られない。

I stayed many times in Isabelle Royal and I always enjoy my stay, you can call at the front desk any time, somebody on the other line will direct help or service to you, it's in a good location close to cafe's and restaurants, you can stay up all night or you can go to sleep at 9:00, and the breakfast is always fresh made to your order, toast, egg,coffee and other variety that contains rice by friendly staff from 7:00 am until 10:00 am , Mark is the manager there and his a very professional and he will do what he can to make your stay is always pleasant

Good location but this hotel isn't good
Good location, cheap room rate but this hotel really isn't interested in having people stay there. Wifi is a extra charge of about 100 pesos per hour from memory. The receptionist doesn't enjoy her job and probably the previous guests have given her a hard time. The room was clean and smelled very clean but there is plenty of noise coming in from the street and the air conditioner makes plenty of noise. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that doesn't have towels. ( they had a problem with laundry shop ) very basic bed with only a thin sheet to put over yourself. tv doesn't really work and just has fuzzy channels. Other options to stay at besides this hotel.

close to most everything
My philippino g/f and I stayed at alot of hotels in Manila,cebu and Barclay, and love this one the best .Was clean very large a kitchen table and fridge and sink.best of all it had a balcony over looking the city.. breakfast was the best ,you order the day before off of a pretty big menu.no noise and main street was 1 block away..very safe at night to walk around.Free use of computer in lobby.Taxi and jeepney at front door ,and best of all very inexpensive. bit far from airport about php 400 but we stayed a week so no big deal . And lots of nice places to eat with in 5 min walk.p.s. lots of hot water and storage space.

庶民的な町Makati
ホテルの位置はマニラ中心部からかなり離れていますが、このMakatiエリアはスーパーや飲食店も多く、Ayala駅に向かって通りが真っ直ぐにあり便利な所です。比較的清潔で新興的な町なのでマニラ滞在の際はおすすめしやすいエリアです。 ホテルの部屋ではやや虫が出ますので、スーパーで殺虫スプレーを買っておくとよいと思います。またあまり食べ物を部屋に持ち込まないことをおすすめします。ホテルの人には英語で相談できかなり親切に対応してくれます。また朝食も外で食べるのと遜色ないくらい意外に美味しかったです。 また部屋内ではLTEは入らずSMARTよりGlobeの方が3Gの通信は何とかできます。ホテルの向かいにはInfiniteaというカフェがあります。Makati通りのSMマーケットあたりまで行くとSMARTのLTEが入ります。

I have been coming to this hotel for 2 years, the staff are very friendly and polite and the free breakfast is freshly cooked while setting in their dining area, Mark is the manager he's the best and he will go out of his way to satisfy your concern and always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.
Dirty sheets, broken chairs, plates of food laying around in the hallway (for 2 days). Absolutely filthy.

I would rather sleep in the streets then stay here
From the beginning until the very end it was the worst experience I have ever had. It was a last minute booking as my regular place couldn't accommodate my full visit. Checked in at 1:30am, was told I had to pay for internet, received a card with password and user id. Was never told anything about "LOGGING OUT" on the same website I logged into. There was no instructions on the card or from the hotel clerk. So I went to log in the next morning and I was out of credits. Hotel staff didn't offer an apology or to give me some more credits to use. Rooms are Ok based on kitchenette style and size, Beds are horrible for comfort and falling apart, TV has no receptions most of the time. Room was never cleaned and I had to ask 5 times for new towels. My wife had to go down to front desk finally and ask again after trying to call the desk 3 times over 10 minutes, The girl at the desk was on her phone "skyping" with some guy and told my wife she was on the phone with a customer and couldn't answer the phone. Upon check out, not once was we asked about the stay nor did anyone care to offer a thank you for staying with them. I will sleep in the street before I pay to stay here again.

ロケーションは大変便利。部屋はそこそこ広い。キッチンはあるが料理は出来ない朝食はレストランで味は期待しないほうがいい。

A nice place to stay for a night or two
Our room had two separate private bedrooms. We had four people in our room but they only provided breakfast for two people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet with warm showers and AC.

まず、グーグルなどの地図の場所が間違っていて、行くのに苦労した。正確には、マカティアベニューとブルゴス通りの間にあります。 部屋はキッチンがあるがベッドルームは狭く、その間にシャワーのみのバスルームがある。 金庫はなく、冷蔵庫と無料のミネラルウォーター2本があります。 朝食はレストランがないため前日希望を書いて翌朝指定した時間に部屋へ運んでくれましたが、あまりおいしいとはいえない。 まどは大きくやや開放的、シャワールームの窓は閉まらなくて開けっ放しでした。非常階段から窓へアクセスできるので貴重品を置くのは不安。 当日マカティに安くていいホテルがなかったので1泊しましたが、コストパフォーマンスはあまりよくない。 ベッドの上にはシーツが1枚だけで毛布などはないので、バスタオルをかけて寝ましたがエアコンをつけたら寒かったですね。消したらもちろん暑い。 日本人には不向き。

As long as you don't mind a few bugs running around .... then it's a good location and near some interesting places! Internet is only available in the lobby for free.. but it's so slow!

What I liked in this hotel was that the breakfast was included in the price, they accepted children even infants. Breakfast they served at time you asked. The negative things were cockroaches (I have counted 5 or 6) in the room. Only once we got soap and shampoo on the day of arrival.

가족이 1박 숙박했습니다. 12쯤 에 도착했는데 체크인 가능해서 좋았습니다. 방은 작지만 더블 침대가 있는 침실2개, 냉장고있고 에어콘 좋고 요리 가능합니다. 세면도구와 물 무료 제공됩니다. 조식은 주문한 음식을 룸으로 배달 서비스 해주거나 테이크 아웃됩니다. 2인분만 무료로 제공되는 것이 아쉽지만 먹을 만 합니다. 위치는 골목이며 택시 기사들이 잘 알지 못해서 같이 찾아 헤맸습니다. 도로명이 있는 지도를 꼭 챙겨가시는게 좋습니다. 택시로 10분가면 그린벨트 쇼핑몰이 가까이 있어서 시간보내기 좋습니다.

Old place with dirty bedsheets and no good smell in the room nothing u want to come back to. Breakfast i order to room come coffe and plates with plastick film cover and the food looks not nice never opend and try.

Two stars only, definitely not three.
Its reasonably clean, but very basic. Plenty of creepy crawlies to keep you company. Chose a more expensive room with kitchenette, but no microwave, no crokery, no cuttlery, no kettle. Not even a glass! No hooks for towels or bathroom shelf for toiletries. Bedroom 3x2m. Sheets and towels grey with age.
