I am sorry about your complaint. We are in the middle of Wild Tuscany and cannot do more for the bugs. We fight every day with them, but it is impossible to win. It is the beauty and the bad of our position. The pool was closed, as usual, in the middle of September because the water was cold. All'origine della scelta di cambiare da buffet self service a servito al tavolo c'è il COVID, ma poi, dopo lunga e capillare intervista agli Ospiti, abbiamo determinato che la stragrande maggioranza adora essere servita, dato che il buffet sul menu è ricchissimo e senza limiti di porzioni. Personalmente al piccolo "problemino" sui toast una soluzione l'avrei trovata tempo zero... Grazie ancora e arrivederci!

I also must say that it is a lie that we haven't change the towels, because thy were not on the floor, and even that it is quite absurd to ask to turn on the cool conditioning when outside the temperature is 13° and the other Guests ask for heating...
