Staff was super nice tho some were no so nice but the ones who were were very helpful and attentive someone coming from another state with kids very easy and I loved my room 217 if I book again I would want the same room only down fall was hot tub didn't seem clean and breakfast was not organized and they didn't have stuff out out that was needed like butter and they only had eggs sausage and waffles and cold bagels but other then that good hotel and pool awesome not to deep for kids

The customer service was amazing , the room was very clean the cooking And cooking staff were very attentive. My only complaint was that I could not plug in my fire stick because the tv was rejecting it I unplugged all the wires and was able to get it to w/o but I could control the volume.

bad fist experience with fairfield inn
me my wife and son stood in room 134 and my son kept telling us he seen cockroaches in the bathroom super unclean and made us feel very uncomfortable then we had people across from us so loud we couldn’t get any sleep

Stay was Just ok.
The light in the bathroom flickered and sometimes went out. Front desk said maintenance man was off all weekend. Couldn't move us since we didn't book trough the hotel. Spa was more the ickkky. Dirty foam, couldn't even see the steps practically.

The price that i booked for via Expedia was not the price i was charged at the hotel. There was a difference of $22 they charged over what my booking stated. Not happy and will not stay there again

Hotel, people, overall no complaints. Only problem is if you are not ready for housekeeping when they come by they do not return. Between 12/24 and 12/28 we never had housekeeping. We were gone all day 12/26 0830-1800 and no one ever came. Stay at this hotel every year for a week with 1 or 2 rooms. May have to check the hotel across the street

Nice quick stay for business
Perfect for my quick business stay. Lobby didn’t have snacks and drinks limited. I took advantage of the provided in room water though. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Super nice people.

Weed smell
Rooms were clean but smelled a little from other guests activities. Not the hotels fault but it should be handled. If it’s a non smoking hotel then it shouldn’t smell like weed. My room wasn’t bad but the hallways and surrounding rooms were bad.

I've stayed in my fair share of Fairfield's but this one missed the mark. The bed seemed old and springy and the room was still humid and warm even though i set the air to 60 (mind you my air at home is set at 70). Continental breakfast was standard. The gym was very small with 1 elliptical, 2 treadmills, and one bench. The pool and hot tub were closed. I had no interest either but noticed that the unsafe sign from the inspector on the door was from May.
