Housekeeping department provides 24/7 service. Rooms, corridors, common areas are cleaned frequently. Additionally, rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. Also, bedsheets are changed every two days. Cleaning requests from our guests are done within 20 minutes at the latest. Also, we have a Technical Service department working 24/7 in our hotel. If you had called Guest Relations or reception, these malfunctions would have been fixed within 30 minutes.According to the concept of our hotel, 1 A La Carte restaurant is free of charge for 7 days of stay.In addition, we have a heating system in the main restaurant. Our food is hot and fresh. Our main restaurant offers 20 types of main dishes, 32 types of cold dishes and 57 types of desserts. Also, our golf area is very suitable for playing golf. Every day watering is essential to keep the rough alive, or they will dry out due to the heat. Regarding the refund, the refund was made on 30.08.2023. We contacted the golf reception and were informed that you said that the reason you didn't want to play the game was because the weather was hot. In this case, what you said about the golf area is inconsistent.Our hotel is one of the rare hotels that has generally positive comments on all review sites, has the title of Turkey's only Links Hotel and has received awards from the Ministry of Tourism. We would like to state that your comment is personal and does not reflect the truth.However, your vision is very important for develope and increase our hospitality level. All the points that you have mentioned is noted and the related departments will be informed to improve the service. Please accept our sincere apologies in regards to some of your expectations not being met at our hotel.
We will pass on your comments to the rest of the team members here as it is very important for us to know your comments and suggestions.
Regarding your comment about cleaning, the rooms are cleaned every day from 8:00 till 16:00 except if there is a DND card. More over the guest relation department is on duty 16 hours a day and would be glad to help you in every request.
Due to the safety of our guest we are not giving the iron to the room, and we suggest guest to use our laundry service, also, depend on the quantity of items we are making discounts.
We hope that we will have another chance to offer you hospitality once again here at Lykia World.

Regarding the comments about the reception we inform the relative department manager to make our best for your next vacation and our improvements.
Regarding transfer information the hotel organize transfer to different destination in an Antalya region in around price of 75 euro for 4 person, which is approximately 225 lira for 4 person - 56 lira per adult and the guest relation department can arrange such transfer for the needed time and dates.

The Lykia World& Links Golf management apologies to you for the inconsistent service standards as well as the other negative aspects you experienced during your stay which affected your overall holiday enjoyment.
The issues you experienced is not in keeping with our normally high standards.
Regarding the real purpose of this complaint about the Italian restaurant we’d like to inform that when you told to the reception desk for getting money back on your departure date it is impossible to give the money back at that time as we had to search that you ate or not.
It is requiring a process .But we learned that you ate all the meal according to our investigation.
We have just 5 variety of food which is included cheese in different type in menu as starter ,salads etc. and this information is written in the menu .So when you ordered the food you knew that the food included cheese .
You can find the list which food is included cheese below;
Dana Carpaccio, in salad organic, pennate all normal gratin ate al for no, pizzas,( Pizzas are served as starter not main food )
When we spoke with the head waiter of Italian restaurant he said “they only ordered salad with the cheese, they said nothing and then said they have allergic to cheese when we served, then we got back and changed the salad .Nothing was happened more.”
We would like also to apologies for the staff that behave rude, they will be warned by our management.
We hope that we will have another chance to offer you hospitality once again here at Lykia World.
