Hôtel bruyant à cause des travaux tout autour ainsi que les deux clubs. Pour s'amuser c'est le lieu idéal pour travailler passez votre chemin. Le personnel est sympathique, juste un petit manque de propreté dans la salle de bain.

Personnel;cadre,équipements,propreté et confort sont au rendez-vous sauf la WIFI (payante pour la chambre ) Gros point négatif : trop de nuisances sonores (discothèque de l'hôtel) la nuit même aux étages élevés,impossibilité de trouver le sommeil.

Bien pour hommes celibataires.
L'hotel est bien situe sur Bahrein mais ce n'est pas le genre d'hotel pour pouvoir se reposer. Il y a une discotheque en bas que l'on entend jusque bien haut dans les chambres, donc ce n'est pas le grand calme avant 1h du matin. De plus, le bar du 1er et la discotheque semblent envahi par des filles asiatiques qui cherchent plus que prendre un verre ! Ce n'est clairement pas un hotel pour les familles ou les couples, mais plutot pour les messieurs celibataires. Je ne retenterais pas l'experience pour ces raisons mais, a part cela, les chambres sont correctes, ainsi que les services.

They were doing front entrance construction with chemicals that were strong and could be smelled intermittently throughout the hotel.

I like the accommodations. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for me. There were lots of places to choose from to eat, walk to, and very close walk to the navy base.

I like the price! Also there are restaurants, spas, stores and ATMs in walking distance. The club (Wranglers) was connected to the hotel. Security atbthe club was good also. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel needs a remodel. Horrible TV and channels, old furniture, old bathrooms and old smell. The best thing about the room was Big mattress(not high quality) with good pillows👍👍. But at the end of the day.... you get what you pay for. For that price I'd stay again for 3 days max!

Bad Service and Room😡
This stay was not a pleasant one from the start. Front Desk Clerk tried to put me in a room right over top of the club again. Last time he tried putting me in the same room. That time no lights were on that floor. I had to go to my room with my cell phone light. So after i came back downstairs to argue about this room, they decided to upgrade me to another room. The upgraded room was not in good shape. I stayed there 1 night and ask to be moved in the morning. Now im in my 3rd room, and the ac is not working well. I asked 3 times to get it fixed to no prevail and also there was no hot water. I just decided to deal with it because i refused to move again. Usually a manager named Sarah is very helpful and makes sure everything is good but when she is not there are usually issues. Also i did want to compliment the new manager there because he was helpful and tried to resolve my issues. Location of hotel is great but the service and rooms are going down.

Bad Checkin
My check in was bad. The desk person that night put me on a floor where no one stayed. The lights on the floor were off and i actuallyhad to use my phone light to sse down the hall. I was the only one on the floor and he put me on top of club so music was loud . I went back and complained then he switched me to a new floor. I stayed at this hotel everytime but beginning of my stay this time was horrible.

The Juffair Grand is a fine hotel. However, I do want to warn any guest to the area that many of the taxi drivers in the vicinity cannot be trusted, even when you get the hotel to help you get a taxi. I did just this on Wednesday, November 30. The first taxi driver the hotel got for me asked me for twice the standard fare to my destination. I walked away from him. The second driver took me to the wrong destination. When I clarified my destination, he again started going in the wrong direction! At this point, I was getting very upset. In addition, he spent the whole ride on his phone, not watching the road, and we almost got into an accident. I want to stay at the Juffair Grand again, but special arrangements will need to be made when I get a taxi!

Great Service always. I know their are other hotels that are nicer but i stay here everytime in Bahrain. Great location and the staff is very good and helpful and i appreciate that. Tina is the Best...great customer service 👌

Always a decent stay
This hotel is always a good stay. Not super great by any means but much better than others ive seen. Staff are very kind and easy to work with. Location is great depending on what you are doing. Lots of food close by. Unless I find something better for the same price this will always be my go to hotel.

Easy check in, great no-fuss service, cafes, restaurants supermarkets within easy walking distance, great entertainment on site, other great bars 20 min walking distance. Parked the car on arrival, didn’t use it again till departure 3 days later.

Inexpensive, comfortable and clean..
I travel to Bahrain from KSA about once a month, and the Juffair Grand is my preferred hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very large, the beds are comfortable, and the staff offer exceptional service. The rooms have plenty of closet space and offer a safe for your valuables. The hotel is conveniently located within a short Uber ride or walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, and there is safe parking available on site, that is staffed 24/7. If you are a westerner, bring 3 prong adapters for your electrical equipment. There is one power strip in the room located next to the desk that accepts US style plugs, but the rest of the plugs in the room are standard 3 prong, 220V receptacles.
