Experience courte mais horrible
Nous sommes restés 30 minutes dans cet hôtel. Les doutes que nous avons eu en arrivant à la reception se sont confirmés en entrant dans la chambre... saleté et etat de delabrement général. Une odeur de moisissure etait diffusée par le climatiseur, les draps étaient sales avec des tâches jaunâtres tres suspectes, la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée les produits de toilettes usagés des anciens clients étaient sur le rebord de la baignoire, etc... Je suis allé à la reception pour exprimer mon agacement avec mon faible niveau d'anglais et le message est parfaitement passé. La receptionniste a proposé une annulation pour que nous puissions être remboursés. Par chance, nous avons trouvé dans le 1/4 d'heure un hôtel de standing a Mammoth Lake pour 5€ de plus. Je regrette qu'hotels.com ne soit pas en mesure de blacklister ce type d'hotel. Nota: en plus des problemes d'hygiene, il y a un vrai probleme de sécurité, le bâtiment est étayé ! Il fait fermer cet hôtel !

Mr. Raoul you come with high expectation mammoth is a small town and this hotel is affordable for middle class people. your behaver was so unacceptable with receptionist. if you don't like our hotel don't need to stay nobody forced you to stay in our hotel you where yelled at the receptionist even though she offer a refund. you where a guest in our hotel. We did shows our manners even though you don't deserve it.

Hi Peter, our hotel has some policy that we can't change for you. The manager tried to help you with different options but you don't want to go with any of options instead you threatened the employs that you will leave a bad review about the hotel if we don't give you a free cancelation. I don't know how Expedia let you to right a review without checking in to the hotel and without experience our hospitality.

Average property that’s close to the ski resorts. Easy drive to restaurants and grocery store in town. But the room was not clean as there were hairs and black marks on the bed sheet. And table also had some unknown debris on top.

I had black long hair in the bathroom and all over the floor. After complaining about it, somebody cleaned it in my absence but still there was long black hir left albeit not so bad.

This property was awful. While staff was pleasant the room was super dirty, ice was thick upon entrance causing slipping dangerous conditions, property in bad need of repairs. Unless serious improvement don't recommend.

This property is very convenient to the ski and city bus stop. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful and the bed was quite comfortable and the bedding appeared clean. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room, in general was lacking. It seemed the room had not been cleaned or occupied for a while. The floor needed to be swept and mopped, and I cleaned the interior of the microwave and refrigerator, prior to use, as both were dirty. In addition the bathtub did not drain properly and the coating on the tub was peeling. I reported these issues to the desk clerk and was told my concerns would be passed along to the management. I also found it odd and inconvenient that there were no bedside table lamps, just 2 overhead recessed lights. I stayed in another room a few years back and do not recall having any similar problems.

It was disgusting. The comforters were dirty and we requested new ones but she had none so she gave us blankets. The room where she kept all the linens was open to the outside and a mess with dirty stuff everywhere. There was mold in the bathroom. The room is big but not worth it. The sofa is old and dirty. I didn’t even put my suitcase on it. I would not go there again. Stay away. Other places might be a bit more expensive but the have good breakfast which is more worth then staying here for cheep

The property was very run down and was not very well maintained. Cleaning was not a priority and was very sub par. I wouldn’t even blame house keeping because beds were clean but definitely had some furniture like dressers that hadn’t been moved in a while and cleaned behind. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were flat.

This place has potential. They need to redesign the rooms. At least the one we stayed in. Lights are motion detecting and there is not a door to the bathroom sink area so every time you have to use the toilet, that bright light comes on. The toilet and shower space is tiny but the changing area by the sink is huge. They could reconfigure that and make a fantastic bathroom. Adding some designing touches into the main bedroom area and they could charge a lot more for this place. Potential, it’s ok right now

The property is undergoing changes it appears. Could use a grounds keeper and better parking. You have to pull the lot and back into the spots, makes no sense and hard to get out. The room has some older paint and appliances and could use a makeover in some areas. The walls are thin but the bed was comfortable. Pillow case had a stain on it. Luckily there were more than two pillows.
