Great location
We like staying on or near Meridian Blvd. This condo is right across of multiple restaurants, Vons and on the Green line. Would stay here again

Very good
Everything was good, except that the dog next door was barking and howling on and off for a couple hours, in the evening.

Nice place for the weekend
This had everything we needed to for the weekend. Easy in and out plenty of parking and lots of space for a 1 bedroom. I would defiantly recommend to a couple or a small group of friends. Thnx

Advertised it had a king bed. We chose this one because of the king and it was a queen. It also didn't mention that due to all the snow this unit was literally a cave without sunlight in it. I realize they can't control the snow, but perhaps should have mention it. We would not have rented if we knew to the above facts. We were stuck in a cave with a smaller than advervisted bed.

Hello Susan, We are sorry to see your stay received a 1-star review, as we realized the integration error with the sleeping arrangements, updated the website, and issued a refund for the inconveniences. In regards to the snow buildup, the town was in a state of emergency due to the record-breaking snow fall. The town was literally, removing snow by the truck loads, as the entire town was buried. It is unfortunate to hear our extreme snowfall caused such a negative experience, as most of our guests travelled from all over to relish in these conditions. The unit was clean and in a great location but dated and could use some updating. Complex hot tub was nice and clean.

Nice Amenities and Quiet
We were very happy with the amenities provided. We like to sleep with a fan running for white noise and found a box fan in the closet which worked perfectly. There were also some soft blankets that we used. We also appreciated the extra sink in the bedroom and the extra wide trashcans in the restroom and by the sink in the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were very pleased with how quiet it was our entire stay. The only issue was that my husband felt the toilet was too small. Overall we were very pleased with our experience.

Summit Village, Mammoth Condo Review
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo had all the amenities of home and was comfortable. It was just a short drive from the village and Mammoth Mountain. When we were in the condo, the TV set up is easy to operate and offers a wide variety of entertainment. I would not hesitate to rent the same location again on our next trip to Mammoth.

Nice stay
This rental is a nice spot to stay. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is one for the price it was a lot and two it was outdated. But regardless of those factors I’d recommend staying here.

Easy access to Mammoth gondola
The owner was terrific and property was as expected. Was perfect to access transportation to Mammoth lifts! Very convenient comfortable arrangements.

Comfortable Sherwin Villa Condo
This was a great place for the 2 of us. The only problem was the internet name and password were wrong on the check in sheet. We found the correct ones on the bottom of the router.

Midtown 1br
Nice condo in a nice complex close to shops and restaurants and steps from the hot tub. My wife thought it was "really cute and cozy" and she is not easily impressed.
