Très jolie hôtel, installations super, coin spa tres bien de nombreuses piscines etc. On est pas loin de la plage et des resto a pied. Petit dej où il y a du choix. Le personnel parle pas trop français mais ils sont plutot aimable. Mais gros bemol sur l'isolation de la chambre, j'ai pas très bien dormi car on voit la lumiere a travers les rideaux et on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et les autres chambres. De plus il manque un parking c'est une vraie galère pour trouver des places pour se garer ... on a également oublié de venir nettoyer ma chambre un jour. c'est pour ca que j'ai mis 4 et non pas 5 etoiles ...

Cet hôtel est une pépite !! Le ménage qui est fait tous les jours dans la chambre, les nombreux services comme un spa très spacieux, un bar à cotkails dans la piscine, le buffet à volonté, et la gentillesse du personnel !! De plus, il est situé à côté des plages ce qui est super pratique. Si vous souhaitez aller à majorque, allez ici!!

Bien en general. Isolation phonique pas au top mais au meme temps c est les voisins étage supérieur qui déplacent les chaises. Avantage silver client pas honoré. Équipement ok, emplacement prêt de tou. Aéroport plage restaurants etc.

Établissement situé à 3 minutes à pied de la mer, 10 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport et environ 15-20 minutes en bus du centre (2€ le bus). Le petit-déjeuner était top, beaucoup de choix. Les piscines sont très belles et propres. Notre chambre était toujours rendu très propre grâce à notre femme de ménage Adriana qui est top !! :) Merci beaucoup. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel à la réception est également très sympathique. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi sur le toit de l’hôtel !

Hôtel d'un beau standing, piscine et concept agréable. Néanmoins je n'ai pas pu avoir de chambre avec un grand lit( malgré ma demande sur la réservation), salle de bain pour personne handicapé problème de climatisation dans ma chambre, demande de règlement pour la consommation d'une bouteille d'eau du minibar alors qu'il était vide. (que j'ai refusé de payer évidement)

Grand espace spa très appréciable avec bassins extérieur et intérieur, jets d'eau, sauna, hammam, espace repos avec musique zen. Salle de sport, tennis de table. Piscines de l'hôtel bien mais vite prises d'assaut. Bons cocktails. Espace lounge avec soirées concert. Proche de la plage et des restaurants. Excursions proposées par l'hôtel. Commerces et bus pour le centre de Palma à proximité. Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux !

Il n' y a aucune animation C' est decevant Les soirees autour du bar sont tristes et il faut sortir ou aller se coucher Pour venir passer des vacances c' est mortel Pas de plage amenagee. Il faut payer 18 euros a 2 pour avoir siege et parasol. Autour de la piscine, plus de transat libre apres 9h
