It is so disappointing to read that you weren’t happy with the room you were allocated with. It is a shame you didn’t ask to see if there was another room in this category while you were there. The rooms do vary in shape, size and décor.
Please next time report any issue to our staff at the reception desk. They will be very happy to assist you with anything you may need.
The location of our hotel is just wonderful as the beach is so close by, and restaurants and bars are not too far away either. Outdoor activities are also in close proximity. It is just perfect and offers something for everyone’s taste.

Please, do not hesitate to communicate any issue to our reception team during your stay. Our team goal is to provide solutions to our customers in order to offer them a very pleasant stay. We are truly sorry that you would have preferred another room. Please take into account that only for a small additional fee it is possible to enjoy your stay in a double room, suite or a fantastic room with a big terrace and sea view.
Indeed, the hotel is close to the beach. The beach invites for a lovely walk and sunbathing. There are also some restaurants and bars serving lovely meals.
We are truly honoured that you chose to stay with us.

Wie Sie bereits erwähnen, ist unser Hotel von der Einrichtung her nicht das Neueste, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich, und wir bieten unseren Gästen ein sehr gutes Preis –Leistungsverhältnis. Wer kein Luxushotel erwartet, kann herrliche Tage bei uns verbringen.
