Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. Cala sant vincenc is a beautiful little town with 2 lovely beaches. The hotel is in a wonderful position to enjoy the views. The hotel has a lovely roof top are and one of the nicest spa areas I’ve been to. Hotel is quiet at the moment so don’t know how it would be in peak season but it is perfect for an early getaway!

Let me preface by saying, I am fortunate to stay at multiple 5 star hotels globally. This Hotel is brand new with a gorgeous view. It had so much potential but, the staff needs guidance. Breakfast selection is mediocre with unattentive staff, lack of concierge service, and mediocre food.

Was just ok, not much to do in the area . Pool service was not good at all , waitress was not friendly … Breakfast we’re great but again service could be better for a hotel with these rates ! Overall I expected better service for the rate I payed ! Stayed in many hotels in the past that offered a better experience, will not return !!

Amazing hotel! We had the most wonderful stay, all the facilities are great, the staff are all brilliant. Food in the restaurants are lovely. Highly recommend booking a room with a balcony if you can. We are already looking to come back!

We had a lovely babymoon here and cannot recommend it enough. The location is in a quiet but beautiful area with the most amazing beach views from our room and the rooftop and a beautiful beach right at your doorstep. When it’s not too windy the water is crystal clear. Everything from the ambiance to design even the smell of the hotel were great and made our stay so relaxing. It never felt too busy or crowded even when we were told the hotel was fully booked. The service was lovely especially at reception where everyone makes you feel very very welcome. They helped us to book a car for the day and book local restaurants. The lady doing my facial made recommendations on which ones were safe for pregnant women and did a great job. Both the breakfast buffet and hot food options were really tasty with loads of options and variety. The dinner at the rooftop was exceptional, the beetroot tartar starter and suckling pig main were so good. I highly recommend this place if you want a relaxing, luxurious holiday in a beautiful space.

This was the second of three properties we stayed at while in Mallorca and, like the other two properties, Hotel Hotel El Vicenç was nothing less than exquisite and the worst part about it is having to leave. Also like the other two properties, we were blown away by the service we received from *all* of the staff we encountered. Maybe service standards here in the US have just plainly dropped but the overall level of professionalism and courtesy was jarring (in a great way, of course). The vistas from the rooms are incredible as is the neighborhood. Plenty of dining options and small shops within walking distance, not to mention the beach and [amazing] hiking trail. Speaking of dining, whoa is the food good here. Curry croquettes, wagyu burgers, etc. are all amazing. Oh, and a 7-course meal made by a Michelin star chef for 75EUR per person? Yep, you can get it here. Lastly, again with the service, we were given a free upgrade to a suite (with private pool) as well as a complimentary bottle of sparkling. Seriously nice touches and as I alluded to with being conditioned by the service here in the States, it was unexpected, I was unsure why I deserved/received those things, but was absolutely grateful. I think my wife teared up when we left: would recommend and go back 10/10.

Best hotel in Mallorca
This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Its newly-built and spotlessly clean. Perfectly located by the small beach in Cala Sant Vicenc and with fantastic views of the bay and the cliffs. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant to the spa to the cleaners. Everyone wanted to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Food in the rooftop restaurant is superb. We would love to return here again!

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der ganze Hotel sowie das Zimmer wurden uns genauestens gezeigt. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem Prosecco. Die Juniosuite war wunderbar, schön groß mit einer Theke, das Bad fantastisch mit Badeanne, Dusche, 2 WB und viel Ablage. Super Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Innenarchitektur des Hotels toll. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer. Service extrem freundlich. Kann man wirklich empfehlen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten genügend vorhanden.

Better than most 5 star hotels, super nice!
I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, but El Vicenc really stands out as one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed at. The property was amazing, super well thought through, extremely clean and best of it all was the incredible staff and the beautiful rooftop. Such a lovely place, will definitely come back!
