Regarding housekeeping, we regret that our service fell short of your expectations. We strive to provide timely and attentive housekeeping, and sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lapses in cleaning frequency. Your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping team to ensure such oversights are rectified promptly.The loss of your car keys is certainly a serious matter, and we understand the frustration and inconvenience it caused. We are truly sorry.Concerning the comfort of the beds and the availability of blankets, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continuously strive to enhance the comfort of our accommodations for all our guests.As for the swimming conditions in the ocean, apologies for any disappointment this may have caused.
