Superbes vacances
Labranda club makadi pourquoi finir l'année c'est le top. Un reveillon d'exception au bord de la piscine. L'hotel est super bien situé (les pieds dans l'eau), propre, la piscine chauffée à 28. Nourriture excellente. Le +++ : le personnel toujours attentionné et souriant. Bref une très bonne adresse à Hurghada

Bel hôtel, un peu vieillissant mais tres bien tenu et qui a remplacé le plastique par des matières recyclables ( gobelets, pailles, sacs etc). Equipe d'animation au top, bonne literie. Nourriture variée. La langue française commence a être, timidement, parlé au niveau du personnel de l'accueil. A prestation égale, chaque vacancier sera satisfait ou pas selon ce quil s'attend a avoir pour un 4 étoiles aux normes locales, . Une vue sur la mer à vous couper le souffle mais se munir quand même de chaussures aquatiques (cailloux, rochers coupants ...) pour les excursions que propose l'hôtel via le prestataire FTI , MEETING POINT , ne pas hésiter à regarder la concurrence avec les prix que l'on peut trouver sur internet ( prestation égale bien sûr) et si vous payer pour visiter les trois pyramides de Gizeh cela ne veut pas dire 15 mn par pyramide (2 au lieu de 3) et 20 mn le Sphinx , le reste de temps en shopping " imposé " dans des bazars "amis". Pour ma 2e visite dans cet établissement, jai noté l effort fourni ainsi que les points a améliorer. Le médecin de l'hôtel vous facturera 80 € la consultation et 150 € avec ordonnance ....Evitez donc de tomber malade ou emporter une bonne grosse trousse à pharmacie, et n'oubliez pas de demander un justificatif pour votre assurance et mutuelle en France. Dans l ensemble c'était un sejour agréable.

C'è 1 Kids Club.mancano giochi per bambini in piscina.La spiaggia è bella,animazione buona.Pulito e buon cibo.Si mangia un po' meglio alle 12:00.Le pizze sono molto buone.La piscina poco scaldata a dicembre.Sarebbe meglio un po' più calda.3 tipi di cocktail (non molto) alcol si Paga dopo mezzanotte.Tennis, ping-pong, Biliardo gratis.La discoteca è buona il DJ è buono.2 ristoranti a la carte.Al Burgerhouse gli Hamburger sono buoni.Coni di gelato gratis.La reception è a 2 km dalla strada troppo lontano per ottenere 1 taxi. Wi-Fi gratuito non molto buono ma funziona.a 36km dal centro. Hotel pour pensionnés.On y trouve beaucoup de vieux pensionnés trop calme on s'y ennuye.Pas de jeux dans les piscines pour enfants il y a 1 Kids Club.Plage ok pas de sable dans la mère (rive) animation moyenne.Nourriture propre bonne mais comme dans tout l'Égypte proposent toujours les mêmes choses et recyclent trop la nourriture.On mange un peu mieux à 12:00.Les pizzas sont bonnes.La piscine trop froide au mois de Décembre.Il faudrait 1 peu plus chaude.seuls 3 choix de cocktails.alcool payant après minuit.Tennis,ping-pong,billiard gratuit.la discothèque est bien le dj est bon.Manque souvent eau chaude matin et au soir.Le chambres sont nettoyés trop tard parfois à 17:00 pas encore nettoyés.2 Restaurants à la carte.Au burgerHouse les Hamburgers sont bons.Cornet de glace gratuit.la réception se trouve à 2Km de la route trop loin pour aller chercher 1 Taxi.Wi-Fi pas très bon.

Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels.

Siamo stati accolti sin dall’inizio con tanta disponibilità e cordialità… tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato sorridente e affabile… la cucina davvero ottima e soprattutto la colazione superlativa … hai l’imbarazzo della scelta… mi mancheranno i pancakes espressi e le spremute fatte al momento.. abbiamo passato 3 gg di totale relax senza alcun problema.. il responsabile del ristorante ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta con tanto amore… è davvero bello vedere come tutto lo staff di faccia in 4 per dare il meglio ai suoi ospiti… sono stato in altri resort 5stelle ma nessuno è paragonabile a questo per la passione che ogni persona che ci lavora mette a disposizione dei clienti. LABRANDA CLUB una garanzia. Un abbraccio a tutti :)

The rooms given to us at first were not up to standard, we then changed to rooms that were much better. The WIFI does not work and the food is decent. The staff are incredible which made the experience 10 times better.

Amazing property, with private beach, a small sand island reachable by a short swim. Huge swimming pool (could be deeper, max is 1,60 which is not ideal to dive). Unlimited food, with a rich variety, bar only serve a specific list of alcoholic drinks, but actually they’re not that bad. A la carte restaurants are really bad, they failed to recreate gastronomy of this themed restaurants. Buffet restaurant is way better, they also have themed dinner (eg Spanish, Slavic…). Rooms are comfortable, equipped with the necessary amenities. If you’re a smoker, buy some cigarets packs before because they will charge you twice the price you’d pay in Cairo. The entertaining team is really catchy and there’s a lot of activities for those who want to have some fun in the pool or the beach. Overall, the staff is kind and helpful, but unfortunately there are a lot of tour sellers there, even around the pool, they are a bit persevering, but polite. A bar open until 3:00 would be funnier.

Disappointing service and amenities. Room service took 30 minutes to cook a cheeseburger and another 35 minutes for a pizza on a different day. The house cleaning wouldn't answer the phone and didn't fix the lack of hot water issue. The gym is very small with only 1 treadmill and old equipment that doesn't have numbers on the weights. Location of the resort is isolated, its a 30 minute drive to another restaurant.

•Staff of reception, restaurant, housekeeping and animation are very friendly and helpful especially Ahmed Ibrahim in reception, Essam in animation and Osama in the open buffet restaurant. •The food is not suitable for a 4-star hotel, some breakfast items are poor in quality and variety like cheeses, bakery is very good and service too. •The beach is beautiful, but it lacks a warning to the guest not to pick stones from the seabed and throw it on the beach because of the danger involved. • The only negative comment would be on the old rooms, shabby furniture and frosty appliances such as the minibar .
