“Good hotel in close proximity to airport for in out convenience”

Hotel was clean, neat, and convenient. Staff was helpful. In walking distance to a few reataurants and bars. This is an excellent place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

Great hotel. Room was small but well cared for. Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service a big plus. Breakfast buffet was full of options.

Pick up & drop off was very efficient. Helpful staff. 2 notebooks for free internet access in the lobby. Breakfast ample. Variety of eating places & bars on the doorstep. Room on the front but traffic noise minimal. Room small but well presented & clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for airport users. Metro nearby.

“Great Madrid Connection to Airport”

Because of an early flight out of Madrid, we chose this hotel. It was actually a very pleasant surprise - comfortable, modern, close to a Metro stop, plus a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. In retrospect, I wish we had spent more than one night in this hotel. The marble walls and floor in the bathroom were exceptional, the beds were comfy, the staff was helpful, the hotel was modern inside but felt cosey. It is a little distance from the center of Madrid (about half hour via metro) but would be nice when flying in or out of the city. We both felt like rather than staying a few hours outside of Madrid the previous night, that we should have come into Madrid a day sooner to stay here. It was just a night and easy place to stay at the end of a very enjoyable 2-week trip through Spain and Portugal.

“close to airport - free shuttle”

Nice enough place but some strange plumbing noises in the night. Didn't know about the free airport shuttle until the next morning after paying for a taxi. There is a convenient number to call outside the terminal where the hotel shuttles wait.

Great hotel, close to airport, great service, shuttle bus amazing. Ok breakfast and neighbourhood is ok on the main road, with a nightclub opposite, but fantastic for a place to sleep before an early morning flight the next day. very impressed!

“NOt impressed”

NOTE: the 6th floor, where we were sent, is like an attic crawl space. And, the elevator doesn't even go up to this floor. The place is very small. Good if you need to be by the airport, with free shuttle, but I best there are much nicer places as close.

“Super convenient”

Super convenient to the airport. The shuttle was great. And it is very near the metro so we could easily visit the city for our day in Madrid.

Good hotel with great access to Madrid airport. Nice neighborhood.
