Excellent à tous points de vue. J'aurais souhaité que les gérants mettent en place une navette à disposition des pèlerins pour masjid annabawi. Petit bémol concernant le voisinage et les accès en raison de grands travaux mais c'est provisoire.

ery rude management. I extended my checkout time paid for half a day. But my room was locked by staff,had to wait 2.5 hours in lobby for them to open the room again even I had already a night prior n showed them the receipt of extended check out time. No iron in room. No microwave. Staff refused to microwave my food in lobby.i was charged for breakfast on time of booking n then I was told I’ll have to pay for sahoor n hotel will provide iftar dinner . Worst experience.wont recommend it to anyone

My best stay in Medinah so far. Given the inconvenience of the location, everything else was really good. Very homey. As good a 3-star hotel as it gets! Very hospitable and friendly

Gasten aan t receptie zn niet vriendelijk na een langereis laten ze je nog wachten zonder goede reden. Overige personeel was top en behulpzaam maar medewerkers aan de receptie niet.

This property is very far away from the Prophets mosque and literally requires a taxi to get to the Main Street and a long walk to get to the Prophets grave. This is literally a 3.9 km walk. I would not recommend this hotel for families that are going to visit. The rooms were also very substandard and small bathrooms. The service is good overall but when as soon as you step outside the hotel the area surrounding it is very run down. Hotels in Madina are very expensive and due to this reason staying here might be more economical.

Excellent brand new hotel masjid e nawabi is about 10 minutes walk. Come out from the hotel and take a right straight down until you get to the main road then take a left and you will see the masjid from there straight down.

Housekeeping was great, however other staff members have poor service. My light for 2 out of 3 rooms booked stopped working and when I called front desk for assistance, he was rude and said that he has sent the request to his staff and dont know how long it will take. When I told him I have family and kids and its difficult to sit in the dark, the representative answered what can I do. Poor service overall. The actual person who came to fix the lighting issue was helpful. However front desk staff not only not speak English well but overall demeanor is not customer friendly.

Room cleanliness was excellent but area around the hotel was dark and due to construction around the property it was bit difficult. Over all not too bad for the price we paid. Breakfast staff was not too friendly

This is my first stay in this hotel clean room comfort beds I will recommend to friends. one thing I did not like they put Arabic coffee with dates in the lobby as welcome drink the negative I did not like the date is the worst type very hard to eat even for the animals Al-Madina is famous of the dates request to provide one of the best types.

No details about the construction right infront of the hotel. They build from 20pm til 7am - MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT - and the noises is SOOO Loud!!!! They changed our room and informed us that was Better which it wasn’t. I contacted Expedia for a refund but the hotel would not give me. Not okay.

New facility—clean. Good service, and quiet. Only has a small cafe. Not much choice of bakeries in cafe. I saw a dinning hall, but was not operational. Other than that the service and facility was good, and the hotel is a short distance from the Holly sites.
