La proximité de la ville. 2 points négatifs: La literie: matelas très mou. Après notre départ, je me suis aperçue que le gérant m'avait facturé 6 euros de plus que le voucher de Booking où petits déjeuners et taxes étaient compris.

Merci pour la critique, même si négative, mais .. 1) nous sommes un B&B et le linge est le meilleur que vous puissiez trouver, nous utilisons le même que les hôtels 4 étoiles à Lucques 2) Le matelas est une chose subjective, alors peut-être pour vous c'était mou, pour d'autres c'est parfait. Il doit être adaptable à chaque client, qui est différent d'un autre.. 3) Le plus important pour moi, je n'ai rien facturé du tout... surtout, après ton départ, je ne me serais jamais permis. Les taxes de séjour ne sont pas à payer et vous ne les avez pas payées, vous avez certainement emporté une bouteille de vin, ou d'eau pour un total de 6€ que nous avons pris en compte. Merci quand même d'être nos invités. Bonne vie.

Faire très attention si vois réserver l'appartemen
Nous avons réservé l'appartement en pensant qu'il était près de l'hôtel. Celui ci était a + de 2 km de l'hôtel .... Il n'y avait aucun service a l'appartement,.... Pas de déjeuné et pas de wifi comme stipulé dans l'annonce. J'ai aviser l'hôtel de ma déception par rapport aux informations inscritent dans l'annonce. Ceux ci ne m'ont rien offert pour me dédommager..... Niette ....

Un hôtel à conseiller
Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel charmant et bien placé (5minutes à pied du centre et 10 min de la gare). Nous avons été accueilli en français et nous avons pu profiter du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Un petit bémol pour certains, car il n'y a pas de clim dans la chambre.

Fantastic location, just 5 minutes walking distance to the historic center. Luca, the owner of the property was very attentive, picking us up from the train station which was about 10 minutes away. He then informed us about the city and recommended few places to visit. The room was very clean and charming. Breakfast was diverse and served by Luca and his sister. We had a great experience.

Et skønt b og b tæt på centrum. Sød, hjælpsom og imødekommende vært. Opholdet var med betalt morgenmad...derfor noget irriterende at værten sagde at opholdet var uden morgenmad..men vi skulle ikke betale. Dette må bero på et kommunikationsproblem med Hotels.com

What a wonderful property! The room was gorgeous, beds were really comfortable, AC and WiFi worked great. Free parking right in the courtyard was easy and a 3 minute walk into walled city. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property!

My favorite place in Italy!
This is the most charming, comfortable, and beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed was the nicest I've experienced in a hotel ever. Lucca is very kind and helped me with my luggage, recommending places to go, and with driving me to the train station. I will never forget my stay at this lovely place and will definitely be returning. It's memorable and special. Don't think, just book!!

Nice accommodation outside the old-city walls
A really nice accommodation a few steps away from the Lucca walls. Luca is a great host, he recommended to us what to see/visit in the city... There's free parking in the garden of the property, which is also a plus.

The location of the villa is excellent. In a few minutes, you are within the city walls. We rented bikes for 2 days, which were great for exploring the city. The room is big enough, the shower is a little small, but has a good water jet. The owner pointed out many sights in the city and he even picked us up from the station! When we left for Pisa again, he even brought our suitcase to the station, so we could walk around in the city for an hour. Breakfast is also good.

Best in Lucca
Best hotel of our trip. Luca the owner was amazing. He gave us specific driving and parking instructions before we even left home. He made dinner reservations, drove us to the train station one day and helped us with the return of our car rental. He went way beyond the usual to make sure our stay was the best. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is right outside the walls of the old city. Excellent value!

excellent family ran business
our stay in Lucca was amazing and the b&b was a delight to stay in. We were first greeted by Luca who is friendly and helpful he annotated a map of the city for us with churches and the best restaurants and ice cream shop in the city. He was kind enough along with his sister to drop us off at the train station and pick us up again when we went to Pisa, Florence and back to o the airport. The breakfast was simple but tasty with a range of sweet cakes and pastries and cheeses and meat selection, fruit juices, yoghurts, fruit and condiments which were regularly topped up. The room it’s self was comfortable the beds comfy and the shower hot and powerful the train station is a 15 minute walk away the city walls a 5 minute walk and there’s a pizzeria opposite the house which does delicious take out pizza great for eating in the hotel garden in the evening heat would highly recommend this family ran B&B

Muy buena opción en Lucca
El hotel se encuentra ubicado a pocos minutos caminando de una de las entradas de la muralla de Lucca. Es un Villa antigua con estacionamiento propio lo cual es muy conveniente para quienes llegan con vehículo por lo complicado que es estacionar dentro de las murallas. Luca, su gerente es muy amable y está dispuesto a darte todas las recomendaciones necesarias. El hotel tiene alquiler de bicicletas. La habitación era bonita y suficientemente amplia. Nos colocaron galletas, chocolates y panettone en la habitación. Un lindo detalle. Punto a mejorar los colchones de las camas. Del resto fue estancia bastante agradable.

A hidden gem
Very enjoyable stay. Luca couldn’t have been a better host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. The bed and breakfast was decorated for Halloween both outside and in the dining area. I highly recommend this delightful bed and breakfast. We hope to return in the near future when the comic and games festival is not going on. We will definitely stay here again.

Excelente bad and breakfast! Luca foi super atencioso e educado. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã por 5 euros, mas que vale a pena. 5 minutos a pé do centro histórico. Estacionamento satisfatório. Recomendo.

Great place if you're driving
Lovely old villa right outside the city walls has parking in the back, nice breakfast inside or outside, and original but updated rooms. Super friendly staff gives the place a wonderful home away from home feel.

Bueno, bonito y barato: perfecto
Hotel en una villa de estilo toscano con un encanto muy especial. Su propietario y gestor, una persona encantadora que en todo momento ha estado atento a cualquier petición. Habitaciones cómodas, un jardín precioso y la posibilidad de aparcar el coche dentro de la villa. Wifi gratis. Desayuno buffet baratísimo.

Graziosa Villa presso il centro di Lucca
Siamo stati benissimo in questo b&b a Lucca. Il proprietario ci ha accolti molto calorosamente e ci ha fornito molte indicazioni che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Lucca stupendo. Ci ha anche presso appositamente del latte senza lattosio appena ha saputo che avevamo problemi di intolleranza. Assolutamente consigliato

It was great, very enthusiastic and helpful chap running the place, knowledgeable about the area, speaks several languages, nice house, 7 rooms, nice breakfast room with verandah, and nice small garden area to sit in the sunshine, snacks and coffee/tea available at all times from breakfast room, can come and go at any time, parking, rooms well supplied with plugs, tea and coffee making, drinks cooler, nice new bathroom, within 10 minutes walk of walls of Lucca, well situated near entry to autostrada, a few eating places within 10-15 mins walk, would definitely stay there again

Small, very italian place, simply very nice. Parking available in the backyard, garden to sit outside in the evening or for breakfast. Nice, clean rooms.

Very noisy but close to the walls of Lucca & cheap
You get what you pay for, so it was £50 per night approx so its unfair to criticise and compare it to a £100 a night hotel, but it was noisy. It was on a main road, it was very noisy even with ear plugs. The locks on each of the bedroom doors were extremely difficult to operate, and you had to rattle the key very loudly to try and wiggle it in position. So all you could hear, in addition to the traffic noise, was the guests trying to get into their rooms at the night time. The problem comes though with trying to get out of the room, if there was a fire and you had to escape quickly, I would not be able to unlock the door as quickly as i would like. it wasn't just my door, as I had to help another couple try and get in their room late at night. Good points - very friendly receptionist, breakfast if you wanted it, clean/tidy room, good shower, close to walls, and it was cheap.
