I got the jacuzzi suite. It was a good room. Kind of a stench in the hotel. But overall no complaints easy check in and check out.There is also a 150.00 deposit that I wasn’t aware of. But it is refundable

Front desk attendant was extremely rude. I booked and prepaid for a King Room. I was placed in a double Queen room and charged $175 for a $99 room.

The service here was superior. I stayed for three nights and needed assistance on two occasions. Both Nick and Lawarence (I think that is his name...) were super helpful. I would definately stay here again.

Couldn’t use my card I wanted to pay with because it didn’t have a chip or tap feature so had to use a card I didn’t want to use… pool was closed for maintenance most of the second day so my kids Coulsnt swim

Everything was great except for housekeeping vacuuming the halls before 9am and the all day construction going on right outside my window….starting on the early side on a Saturday.

A Night in Louisville, KY
The check in experience was flawless. The room was nice. The property looks nice. The canopy was under remodel. The breakfast experience could have been better. The biscuits could be used as lethal weapons. The juice/water glasses were so flimsy you had to use two to feel confident that you would not spill a beverage.

They tried to charge me a (certain guest) $150 incidentals deposit. After the blatant disrespect I didn’t think it wise to stay so I didn’t.

I have stayed at this location several times, clean, comfortable and affordable. We came in for the art show, arrived at 2:45, and there was no one at the front desk. We rang several times, called several times, and finally at 3:15, someone finally checked us in. That evening, there was a large family in the pool area, about 7 pm, and yes, the kids were having a good time, which is normal for a motel on the weekends. The parent of the family told us that the motel manager told them to leave because they were so unruly, as in pack up and leave. A very drunk man in the parking lot, English not his first language, strapping the rest of a 12 pack then tried to pick up my aunt and myself in the parking lot. That was an adventure. He was sober and clean the next evening. I’ve never had these issues before, and am hoping to not have them again, this location is close enough to the edge of town, in a quiet neighborhood with great places nearby.

Rented the room with the jacuzzi it was dirty and didn’t work I was told I would get a partial refund and never received it. I also accidentally left a bag there and was told it was thrown in the trash so make sure you don’t leave anything
