Beautiful views (worth the upgrade for river view, especially on end). Quiet area with parks and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast restaurant down the road.

This is a neat hotel overlooking the Mississippi River. Room 137 was in good condition and relatively spacious.

When I went to check in the door into the lobby was locked. I had to call the facility so someone could come and let me in. Then the desk clerk kept asking me if a certain person with the same last name was with me.i responded no four times.

You get what you pay for
This was an entertaining throwback to the seventies but it was just fine. Clean and pest-free. Zero frills but super affordable. We enjoyed walking across the bridge to Illinois in the morning. We have no reason to come back but we would probably come back if we were ever passing through again.

1 night stay.
The owner was extremely helpful and kind. It is definitely not a new motel, but it is well cared for. The bathroom has been updated and the room met our needs for the night. Beautiful view of the Mississippi River from our room.

It a beautiful setting overlooking the river. It’s definitely a nostalgic and clean motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Scenic view of the Mississippi. Very comfortable, quiet and clean room. Responsible, mature clientelle passing through town for short stays enroute to other places.

A good place to stay!
We were so pleased to find such a nice motel right on the Mississippi River when we began looking for a place to stay. The view from our room was beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner was friendly and informative about motel/town history, good restaurants, etc. We highly recommend!

This was a quick overnight stay. The owner greets you herself and she is absolutely lovely! The hotel has an amazing view of the Mississippi River. Room was very clean, but dated, which wasn't a big deal, but don't go expecting a large chain environment. This is a clean and friendly mom&pop place.
