Beautiful resort

Publié le 27 mars 2015
We are completely satisfied with our stay at Fiesta Anericana. The resort is ridiculously beautiful and the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and ready to assist in any needs you may have. We opted for the all inclusive package and all restaurants were great. No need for reservations and never had to pay anything additional.

Beautiful resort and great food

Publié le 26 mars 2015
Les + : Staff, cleanliness, options for food. I liked that the restaurants are first come first serve. The pools were clean.
Les - : Maybe more activities in the evening.
Situation : I liked that no one from other resorts could come to our resort. Location was fine. Not a bad drive from the airport and downtown.
This was my first all inclusive experience. I had a great vacation! This resort is absolutely beautiful and clean. I swear every time I dropped something, there was someone right there to pick it up. I always saw the staff cleaning. Rooms were very clean, lobby is spacious and beautiful. The staff was always there and eager to please you. The food was delicious. There was only one thing I didn't like and it was a salad at the steak restaurant. All the other food was so good. Especially the seafood items at the little poolside eatery.

Nice hotel on the beach...away from Cabo.

Publié le 26 mars 2015
We went on a package flight+hotel. Flights fine. Hotel was very comfortable, and the food quite good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was entertainment every day. We had a rent car (expensive obligatory 3rd party liability insurance), and enjoyed the freedom to go into San Jose, Cabo San Lucas, and Todos Santos. We ate dinner out of the hotel on srveral ocassions and would revommend Flora Farms in San Jose, and Mariscos Las Palmitas in Cabo San Lucas. There were many families with small children and grandparents at the resort. We would definately return.

The staff was great

Publié le 26 mars 2015
Situation : Evening cruise and whale watching was very enjoyable.
Food was decent and actually exceeded expectations in some of the restaurants. We enjoyed the Peninsula Restaurant especially for breakfast--like having breakfast on a terrace overlooking the ocean. Staff was great, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel still needs full recovery from the hurricane as our room had no telephone service, although a cell phone was provided, which in the scheme of things was not a big deal. My one criticism deals with the hard sell for Vacation Club but this is an systemic feature throughout the Cabo region. We were hit with the hard sell as soon as we got off the plane at 9:45 PM after a 6 hour flight and this hard sell carried over into the town. All said, a very nice relaxing vacation from the cold Northeast.

A great spot for whale watching.....

Publié le 25 mars 2015
Les + : Friendly staff, beautiful facility, location.
Les - : Rooms need some updating, handicap access needs to be improved. Only two ways down to the pool and one you had to go through room access.
Situation : Los cabos is a short shuttle from the hotel. San Jose was a short shuttle. We took a day trip to Cerritos beach and todos santos.
Our family stayed at this beautiful resort to celebrate a 50th birthday and graduation. There were 13 of us. The hotel is amazing! We stayed there for 10 days in the beginning of March. At this time of year the whales are there having there babies. They are everywhere! It was a highlight of our day to just sit and watch them right from our pool chairs. The poolside service was great! Those waiters work so hard and are so attentive. Make sure to tip them as they deserve it. Staff at all of the restuaunts were also great! Including the chefs. I have a food allergy(celiac) and they were all so accommodating to try to make me happy. One tip thou is that if you have an allergy, print off a food allergy card (celiac travel) in Spanish so they can understand what you are saying. This was a big help as there is defiantly a language barrier with some staff. This resort has done an amazing job at recovering after the hurricane. In fact, you would not even know that such a tremendous storm had hit here until you go off the resort. Both resorts on either side are still boarded up. It will take the locals a while to recover after the devastation of that storm. My mother was travelling with us and required handicap access. They gave us rooms right by the main building and elevators which was very helpful. We also rented a scooter for her which was a requirement. This resort is very hilly and if we did not have the scooter I am not sure how we would have got mom down to the pool.

Beautiful ocean view resort

Publié le 22 mars 2015
We are a family of four, with kids ages 9 and 12. We went to the Fiesta Americana for Spring break and had the best time! We loved the food, drinks, views, and serenity of the hotel. La Bodega was our favorite place for dinner (the ribeyes). The omelettes by Alan were our favorite for breakfast. Great beach service by Francisco and Angel.

Another great visit!

Les + : Great service, staff and rooms.
This was our second year at Fiesta Americana in Cabo and it didn't disappoint. It was again a great vacation for our family. The food was delicious, service was great and our every need was taken care of time and time again. The all-inclusive approach is wonderful because there is never a worry about where or what to eat. The views are amazing and we enjoyed watching the whales from our lounge chairs. Outstanding vacation!!! Highly recommend. We have already booked to return again.

The most beautiful resort we have ever seen.

Publié le 22 mars 2015
Les + : Well trained staff, nice restaurants, decent work out facility...unbelievable views of Ocean and pools...loved the whole package.
Les - : People were waiting to use the exercise equipment after 7:00 am...nice equipment...beautiful view.
Situation : Location is right on the shoreline...the water is a striking blue....there is unlimited things to do...golf, zip lines, whale watching boat rides etc.
Attended a seminar at the Fiesta Americana with the McGill-Hill group which educated us in the morning and gave the afternoon and evenings free...this is a beautiful resort where every room has an ocean view as overlooking the many beautiful pools (both are a deep blue)...the staff is very well trained, helpful and friendly...all the restaurant are good...we enjoyed the Italian and the Argentine steakhouse the most...it was a perfect vacation...difficult to find a fault to speak of...we loved it and are already making plans to return.

Gorgeous resort!

Publié le 22 mars 2015
Beautiful resort! Stunning views! Try to get a room in the hotel part, and not up in the hill. Otherwise, you'll end up taking a lot of golf cart rides with iffy brakes. Food is great. Yoga on the beach. Not too loud even during spring break. This resort is a cut above most all-inclusives. Pillows are uncomfortable. Bring your own if that matters to you. Waiter Samuel was excellent!
