Top!
L hotel est vraiment top si on veut etre proche de l aéroport et du shopping ! L equipe de l hotel est top. Is nous ont permis d acceder a une sorte de lounge avec une carte pour le petit dej , apéro... car sur ma reservation expedia il y a avait marqué petit dejeuner buffet. OR il n y a pas de buffet au petit déjeuner (seulement a la carte). L acces a ce lounge est seulement compris pour une certaine catégorie de chambre. Donc tres beau geste commercial ! La piscine est top et ya meme un jaccuzzi bien chaud... bref tout était tres bien a l hotel et meme en dehors un gd centre commercial accessible a pieds.

The hotel is right across the street from del amo mall. Very easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. The room was nice but not very thoroughly cleaned. There were some beads from someone’s broken necklace around the bathroom floor, a roll of tinfoil behind the bench and the coating on the bathtub was peeling off.

Hotel needs some renovations - the doors of room do not seem secure (you can see gaps at bottom that shows it doesn’t completely close), carpet in hallways outdated, the ice is available only on certain floors, the shower barely was lukewarm and my toilet seat did not fit. However, the room itself was nice and comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again.. this is extremely close to the mall (across the street) and various food options. Hotel was friendly, clean and we had no issues

Didn't realize this hotel is literally walking distance from the Del Amo shopping mall. I was only staying here the night for a concert, but it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and modern. There is a parking garage, which can be charged to your room. Quiet hotel as well.

It took 3 hours to get a room. We had my aunts 100th birthday party at 6pm and me and my sister didn’t get our room until 5pm. We were rushing to get ready for the party. The manager finally stepped in and got us a room. He also gave us a $25 food voucher which we did not use.
