Hello Karen, Thank you for stay with us. We appreciate your support during our reopening and your feedback. Due to Covid-19 we had to remove all the high touch items from our rooms. Some of our furniture had to be removed comply with the social distancing protocol by Los Angeles County. Bell service is also available upon request. Essentially most items that used to be in our rooms, like all other hotels in Los Angeles County, are now available upon request to ensure cleanliness and safety for our guests. Parking fee is $30 per night which is well below the other hotels in our neighborhood. Again, we are happy to have you with us and got to be a part of your special trip. Come back soon. As for as Housekeeping service, we do provide daily service between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm. Turn down service is neither advertised nor offered here The only skip service when PRIVACY REQUESTED is displayed on the door. We do apologized if was any sort of miscommunication on our end.
