Magnifique expérience. Pas l’hotel le plus moderne mais une expérience unique et l’impression d’être un acteur en goguette à Hollywood ! Enfin, à Beverly Hills ! Superbe petit déjeuner en terrasse !

Nice hotel with very good staff. The room was clean, the bed was really good. We slept very well. The breakfast was also very good, the croissant was really tasty and good! The hotel is really close to rodeo drive and on a good neighborhood l!

Chambre relativement petite mais propre et joliment décorée. Service bon. Parking à 28 $ par jour (mais on se trouve à Beverly Hills donc il faut un peu s'y attendre). L'emplacement explique le prix de la chambre.

En plein Beverly Hills
Quel bel hôtel, ni trop grand ni trop petit en plein coeur de Beverly Hills, en s'y prenant en avance le prix restera raisonnable. Les chambres sont confortables et propres le quartier n'est pas très bruyant et les petits déjeuners proposés à l’hôtel copieux et bons. Pour se garer, un parking est disponible au début de la rue pour une douzaine de dollars la nuit.

Didn't get the room we paid for. We booked a first floor king size bed room. We got an upstairs, queen size room. My mom had to go up several stairs with her cain, as her walker wasn't even possible and then share a queen size bed that overlooked a loud ally after having surgery. Staff was nice but couldn't accommodate us as the room we booked had someone in it already. Not even the TV worked properly. Staff was kind enough to get it working. Nothing but praise for their friendliness but skip this place if you are over 50. No elevator, loud, only ROKU tv (if it works) no phones, no tub, very small. No even a chair to sit in.

I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Crescent. It was very easy to get in with the keypad. The area was lovely, walkable and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for a quick weekend in LA.

Pros- Location was excellent. So close to walk to Rodeo Drive and surrounding district. Cons- Dont get the room above the restaurant. Extremely noisy, in fact so noisy the room comes with complimentary ear plugs.

Room was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes after check-in time. Then there was a maintenance issue which caused a room change. Property seems run-down in general.

So long as you don’t need to shower or sleep, the property is great. The street noise and interior noise is sleep prohibitive, but the worst part is that our room was 83 degrees and we couldn’t control it except thru a wall ac that didn’t cool it down. They control temp at front desk! The shower looked too dirty to use. Don’t stay here.

The water pressure was low. The bathroom fan was noisy. The bathroom faucet was too long, sink too small. The sofa bed was very dirty under cushions. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and modern. Very close to dining, entertainment, and sights which made it a good choice for an overnight stay.

Lo unico bueno es que esta cerca de donde tenia yo que ir. La presión del agua en la regadera es muy muy poca, el restaurant NUA tiene un horario que no respetan, él servicio de limpieza de la habitación tebla cobran extra, $40 dolares, me parece excesivo.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled of sewer. The door to the room did not lock. I have never walked into a hotel room like that in my life, let alone in Beverly Hills. We left immediately.

Great property. We had never stayed in a boutique hotel before. Fun experience. The restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious as well. We even saw fireworks that were going off on Rodeo Dr. That apparently only happens once a year!

Very nice!
Very nice hotel in a great location in Beverly Hills. The room was small but was all we needed. There is a lovely restaurant and lounge onsite.

Lights did not work. Could not close draperies without covering the AC unit. Room looked nothing like the photos pictured. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Bathroom looked like a cement jail cell. Paint was splotched on the walls, chipped molding, drawers were hard to open and wouldn’t shut smoothly. Room was also much smaller than it looked in picture. You have to use their app to contact customer service and to check yourself in. Horrible experience!

The location could not be better. It is so convenient to everything I needed to do. It was so affordable for LA, not to mention the middle of Beverly Hills. I recommended it to everyone I visited in LA.

Noisy and tiny room, do not book.
I would not recommend this hotel. The room that we were given was tiny, not very clean and had a very old window air conditioning unit. The main issue with our stay though was the noise. It was terrible and came from the room above. We could hear footsteps, slamming doors and toilets being flushed until late at night and then again at 4am in the morning when these guests checked out early. The soundproofing of the room that we had was terrible and we did not feel at all rested for our journey that we had ahead of us when we checked out after two nights. I don’t feel it was the guests above that were of issue but more that the hotel should not be renting out rooms if the noise travels like it does. It is not at all appropriate considering the price we paid. The only redeeming feature of the room hotel was the location.

Small comfortable hotel with character
I have been staying at the Crescent during stays in LA for the last two decades. It has always been a comfortable, friendly, welcoming small hotel with a unique character in the heart of Beverly Hills that is surprisingly affordable. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms, while small, everything you need, although there could be better water pressure in the shower. With the new ownership of Sonder, I'm not as wild by the fact that phone calls about reservations can no longer go to the desk but a central service. Far less personal. I am definitely not fond of the fact that there is no housekeeping during the stay and that if you don't clean your own room it costs an additional $40. As ever, though, the staff in the hotel itself and the Nua Restaurant are warm, wonderful and helpful. I stayed in what's nicknamed a bargain 'Itty Bitty Room' . with no space for a desk or chairs, but I was welcome to sit in the restaurant to work. The restaurant also has a lovely patio outside.and a good limited menu. Valet parking is a reasonable $35/night with, again, wonderful staff. Yes, I do highly recommend Crescent. I won't stay anyplace else while in town.

Question Evasion Customer Service
After booking I received an email saying I needed to comply with multiple things - provide a credit card - ok - and then send a picture of my drivers license front and back + a selfie. Not OK. I sent an email stating I was not giving them a selfie and if that was mandatory it was a deal breaker and cancel my reservation. They sidestepped the question by stating there would be someone on site to help with my reservation - never telling me the selfie and ID photo were mandatory. Sorry I’m not ok with some unknown entity having a photo of my government issued identification. Not happy. Then the room was t ready and when it was it smelled for a few hours of cleaning chemicals. There were moths and mosquitoes in the room I’m guessing due to the Gerry-rigged AC unit in the window held in place by duct tape with gaps where things can crawl / fly in from the alley outside my window where cans of paint and propane canisters were being stored. Great area and a beautiful building. Too bad the experience sucked.
