Hôtel situé à proximité de l'aéroport de Los Angeles. Personnel professionnel. Chambre rénovée sauf la salle de bain qui est dans son jus. La propreté de la chambre n'est pas optimal, de plus il y'avait la présence de cafards ce qui est répugnant.

Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, ni la ventilation de la salle de bain. Sinon tout le reste était parfait et les lits très confortables. Un peu bruyant la rue avec le boulevard et les avions qui passent juste au dessus, mais ça c'est la vie, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Quartier sécuritaire, je me suis promené autours de l'hôtel seule avec mon bébé et aucun problème. Il y a une école tout proche.

The check in staff were less than helpful. It took two attempts before we were offered luggage storage, and then only after we had stored our luggage did they decide to offer us early check-in for an additional $40. Dont think she really wanted to be there.

Complete lack of empathy from the hotel staff during check-in, my elderly parents, after a tremendously exhausting trip, need to rest and understanding that you cannot enter at 11:00 am, we did not receive any type of solution, even momentary, we just had to return at 3 in the afternoon.. We decided to take another hotel despite losing the money.. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL CHAIN...

Exactly what I was looking for. Close to the airport. Breakfast was clean and several options available. Very quiet and would stay again. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

no airport shuttle was available despite it showing it is on the website. wait staff forced me to get another reservation made for me even though i had another reserved in MY name but they needed the same payment method that was used online for only a specific website. If i used expedia with the same card as i used on their own website then i could continue with the reservation. Makes no sense. ALSO THEY REQUIRE A $200 deposit at the front desk. I was only there for a few hours in between flights and ended up spending a total of $116 for first resrevation(likely won't refund me based on the service so far) $124 for second reservation and a $200 deposit. this made my layover experience very inconvenient and unpleasant.
