1-nighter.
The outside is nothing to look at, but the interiors have been upgraded...although the finishes are a little funky. When I arrived the heater had no power, but the office was quick to reconnect the circuit. Also, the bath had absolutely no towels...so no shower, not even a washcloth....And no USB port to charge your phone. Overall, it is OK just for 1 night to rest your head, but don't expect any amenities.

Nice place to stay if you’re in the south Bay Area. It is directly across street from Manhattan Beach mall. Lots of places to eat and shop within a walking distance. Located minutes away from LAX. Very convenient parking.

The price was good, the area and the hotel neat and clean with easy parking and friendly staff. We also appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. It's also handy that it's across the from a mall and it's an easy drive to the beach. All in all the place was great.

Needed a room.
Its an old place in need of some more remodeling. You see they have done some. The room was spacious. Thd bed comfortable. Its just tired looking on the outside. $200 is a lot to pay. Even in Los Angeles.

The motel is located right off a super busy road - Sepulveda Blvd. The traffic passing by at night was super loud. I had a tough time falling asleep. The rooms are very sound insulated. It was a rough night.

Thank you. We are just in the city, close to main road, double windowed for sound proofing, but will affect very sensitive sleepers, otherwise we don't get many complaints on noise. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Apparently, all the guy that checked me in was interested in was to sell me the more expensive room despite telling him my budget. Pathetic experience!

Sorry for the mis-understanding. If the guest stay in the room they reserve this would not have happened. Unfortunately guest wanted a more expensive room for the same rate, wanted to see the room, but settled in without notice and when asked got upset. We attempted to accommodate to our best but sometimes they doesn't work.

Ok for a budget
The place is really simple but clean. The bathroom and towels could be a little better. The biggest thing for me was how thin the walls are and I could hear the neighbor watching TV 2 AM and every time a person would go to the bathroom in another bathroom I would wake up.

Property was run down. Room was filthy - bed sheets were dirty, floor was so dirty it turned my socks black, baseboards covered with old dirt, light switch and outlet cover tops covered with old dirt. No room cleaning for 3 days - never collected trash, changed towels, etc. I guess this should not be a surprise since the room had obviously not been well cleaned for weeks. I have no idea how they keep out of trouble with health department or whoever checks these things (doesn't someone?) Service desk did not answer ring when I was trying to check out at 6am even though it says 24 hours. I should have realized when walked up and saw the front desk and managers area were dirty and filled with junk that the room would be poor. Instead I checked in - I would have left but the sign at check-in loudly proclaims "no refunds". Save yourself from going to this dump. Spend 15 dollars more and get a clean room with good towels, coffee and room cleaning with any of the major chains that charge slightly more!

We are sorry for your experience. We are dedicated to keep our rooms clean and sterilized in accordance to the CDC hotel guideline. Due to certain rules of engagement we were not able to get into your room for servicing without your consent. Normally we would let your know during check-in about service on demand. The staff has been trained not to enter the room without consent for the safety of the guest. We are keeping as much precautions as we can during this time of covid. As per staff they tried to contact you during your stay but were unsuccessful. We will make sure we appropriately inform the guest and improve were needed.
