Hello Chris, thank you for leaving us a good review despite being disappointed in our breakfast over the weekend. Our menu changes daily, it has nothing to do with Covid. That particular week we offered bacon on Thursdays, Sausage Links on Mon, Tues, Weds and on Fri, Sat Sun the protein option was sausage gravy. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we would love to have you again in the future.

Hello Zuyin. I'm sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. We do not allow any food or drink in our pool area at all whether alcoholic or not. There are signs posted everywhere but it may be that guests snuck it in without staff knowing. Same goes for unleashed pets. At no time should pets be unleashed in our hotel. If we see it, we put a stop to it or ask them politely to check out.

Hi Robert, I'm sorry that it seems the reservation was messed up. We are actually labeled Longmont/Boulder as we are located next to 119 on the foothills of Boulder but there is a HIExpress labeled Firestone/Longmont that is actually Firestone. I'm not familiar with the Barn Park but you may have been at our location as we do have lots of grassy area behind our property. I can't thank you enough for the great review despite the mix up of our location due to our names. We appreciate you!

Hello Mark, I'm sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory. I did hear about the issue that happened with the car. We have never had that happen before in the 15 years that I have worked here. It was unfortunate. The best we could do was to report that to the police. As for my staff, we definitely have plenty of staff and I allowed them to make their schedule for the holidays. There were some who did doubles, turnarounds or split shifts but purely by choice. I would never force anyone to work long hours. Sometimes it can be more than what we expect it to be. I speak from experience as I too used to work the front desk within those past 15 years. Our pool is not chemically fed by machines but we do test it everyday several times per day. If something is ever off we are able to take a sample to the pool store down the street and there is definitely something that can be done to correct it, if off. It's possible you were speaking with someone who is new. Anyhow, I'm sorry we failed you, but you are correct not all Expresses are operated the same and although you won't return here don't let us dropping the ball affect your outlook on other IHG properties :(

I'm sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. We do balance our pool several times a day and when we received a complaint we sent our maintenance in right away. Our PH was at 7.2 and we were slightly low on chlorine which made sense after a big wedding party had been in house. Our pool was foggy due to several guests swimming in clothing. I am truly sorry for that. We do our best to make sure that our pool area is appealing. I'm sorry we dropped the ball during yoyur stay.

We had a busy weekend which made our pool area not so appealing but our chemicals were okay. We are required to balance and document daily which we do.
