Très sympathique !
Un accueil très chaleureux et un rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! Décoration un brin désuète, ce qui ne nous a pas gênés le moins du monde. A quinze minutes à pieds de la vieille ville, mais la balade est jolie puisqu'on traverse le fleuve. Beaucoup moins bruyant que nous le craignions. Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr !

Correct pour une nuit
Personnel accueillant par contre c'était très bruyant car l'établissement se situe en plein dans un tournant et la chambre donnait sur la route. A l'ouverture des tiroirs du meuble j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de trouver une assiette usagée ainsi que des morceaux de chips dans le tiroir d'en-dessous.

Nous avons dû entrer dans le bar pour récupérer les clés de la chambre. Manque un peu d' organisation a notre arrivée. Chambre pour 3 personnes était gigantesque et confortable. Un peu bruyant car a côté de 2 bars. Loin des attractions qui se situent de l' autre côté du pont. Mais se fait en quelques minutes a pied. Petit déjeuner inclus, mais pas très bon et très gras car tout est cuit dans l' huile. Personnel sympathique. Passable pour une courte durée (1-2 jours) et prix raisonnable.

OK pour une nuit
Hôtel pas très loin du centre ville mais sur l'autre rive. Rien d'exceptionnel si ce n'est le breakfast gargantuesque et la gentillesse des personnes qui servent celui-ci. Sinon ma chambre donnait sur la rue et cette dernière est très bruyante. Si vous logez dans cet hôtel, demandez une chambre à l'arrière.

Le personnel est sympa, mais les chambres vieillotes, la literie en mauvais état ... en tous cas pas au niveau des attentes par rapport au prix.

It was handy for out walking tours of Londonderry but very noisy and we had disrupted nights. The walls are thin and there was a very noisy group in the hotel waking us up after midnight.

Good afternoonThankyou for taking the time to review our Bed and Breakfast, an extremely disappointing read!!!We apologise for noisey guests at the time of your stay. Unfortunately, we have no control of which guests are booking through third party platforms. If you had of made your complaints to staff, we would have gone above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable and even moved you to another room from the noisey guests. Unfortunately, as in any city centre, people come to a City to avail of the night life. Can I suggest, if it is quiet you are looking for at the weekend in any city centre, go a few miles outside to a more rural Bed and breakfast. Once again, thankyou and hope you enjoyed our gem of a city, Derry!!

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The ladies that helped us were wonderful and our breakfast was delicious. We would recommend staying here to anyone we knew that was visiting Derry.

Location was decent. Not a bad walk into the city. The shower had not been cleaned very well. Covered in hair. Breakfast was very good- Belle was very kind, friendly, and thoughtful when it came to making breakfast for our small children.

It was a pity you did not highlite this to staff at checkin. we would have been able to investigate. Good Evening Mary (USA)First and foremost, let me introduce myself. I am the Manager of the Iona Bed & Breakfast. I cannot understand how you can rate my B&B when you didn't even stay. For potential guests who are considering staying at my B&B let me highlight your experience!!!You and your husband/friend/partner booked a room each on two separate bookings. You booked a double room and the other was a Twin Room. You entered the B&B and your opening words were, "Cant stay here, I have allergies and there is a smell in the neighbourhood". How can you have the audacity to rate my B&B a "2" and "terrible"when you didn't even stay!!!! You were extremely rude to my employee who may I add is the most courteous, friendly, kind and helpful human being you could ever meet. You spoke down to her, spoke over her and in general, were an absolute disgrace to yourself and an embarrassment as an Ambassador to your Country. I suppose there is always a "Rotten Apple" in a Barrel and we had the misfortune of having to experience it!!!

Great spot, bit uncomfortable
We made the reservation within 5 minutes of showing up so it is quite understandable that no one would be here. The owner had made plans for this ahead of time so I believe this happens often. Absolutely no issue as she was able to confirm our reservation and give codes thru the intercom at the door. As to the hotel, location is amazing for sightseeing and eateries, however a bit noisy with the windows opened as it is between busy streets. Once we closed the windows, WOW what a difference. Very little noise, I want these windows in my house. The beds were not much better than box springs on flat platforms, could be so much better

Great location in the West
A warm welcome from Tonya the host - a comfy bed and great location for this hotel. Great breakfast started the day off well PROS: Warm welcome, great breakfasts, clean comfy beds and ideal location CONS: Slightly dated room interiors and furniture, bedding in hallways and road can be noisy if a light sleeper(Im not)

Perfect spot for a family
Lovely clean spacious family room that had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5, nothing was any trouble to the host and she was very warm and welcoming. She gave us some suggestions for places for dinner which were great. Handy to have the wee prepay carpark just round the bend. Breakfast was beautiful and freshly served. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend

Rooms where clean and adequate for our overnight. Breakfast was great with a choice of a ulster fry or continental breakfast. Great spot for walking distance to the centre aprox 10/15 min walk

Hostal viejo, cerca del centro. Desayuno de 10
Muy buena localización para visitar la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno fabuloso. Te lo preparan en el momento según lo que pidas (dentro de lo que es un desayuno irlandés y/o continental). Es como un hostal. Está bastante viejo (sobre todo el cuarto de baño, que necesita una reforma urgente). No nos gustó nada entrar y encontrarnos en los sofás de recepción con clientes descalzos. No tiene ascensor ni parking. Casi 100 euros por un hostal es una pasada.
