The location is great, close to the Brecon hills and the coast, just be ready for some hill climbing! Breakfast was an option we took up and this was very tasty and lots of options available. « First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...

« We ended up here, after our booking at another hotel was cancelled, it was the best thing that could have happened. The location is perfect for Aberaeron town. The host was wonderful and provided a fabulous, freshly cooked breakfast. The whole place is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can understand why they won Four in a Bed, on Channel 4 last year. Will definitely go back »

« A few leaflets about the area would have been good. We found the library on the day it was closed which may have helped. Another toilet upstairs in the house would have been useful, but generally the house was very comfortable .was »

« Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them. »
