Thank you for your review. We appreciate your opinion! We are sorry you felt like the room wasn't big enough. We do offer bigger rooms as well that can fit up to 4 people. For your next stay with us I suggest or Superior rooms, or even our Castel view rooms!

We have discussed this issue with our staff as customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand room temperature is important to provide a level of comfort and the reception staff did everything in their power at the time to solve this problem. As the hotel was fully booked during your stay we could not offer to move you to a different room, but we were sorry to see you go earlier than anticipated because of the heating problem as we could solve the issue if we were notified that the heating was still not working properly the next day. We hope you would be willing to give us a second chance to correct our impression on any future travels to Ljubljana you might make.Sincerely,
