Review of Exe Lisboa

Publié le 19 sept. 2014
Les + : Wood flooring in the room. Location.
Les - : I would never order room service again. The hotel has no proper kitchen or chef. I ordered Pizza - defrosted over baked pizza came. Pathetic.
Good hotel. Good breakfast, but not much variation. After a few days gets old and boring.

Excellent hotel, if rather well hidden...

Excellent hotel, very good\clean room with balcony and helpful and friendly staff. Not easy to find, nor very central, but once you get your bearings it's an OK base from which to see Lisbon using the metro system. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel.

Les + : See above
Les - : Dinner service.
Situation : Very central part of Lisbon with easy links to downtown. Many tour companies operate out of Marques de Pombal.
Clean, quiet, tidy, good area and nice staff. Good breakfast. Free and good signal wifi. However, on a hilly area and not for those with limited exercise tolerance. Also room service is expensive.

Would stay here again. In walking distance to city centre. A bit hard to locate. Very clean and comfortable. Can take metro from the airport to the hotel. Continental breakfast if not incl. in your room package was 12euros each.

Enjoyable stay in Lissabon

Publié le 20 avr. 2014 sur Hotels.com
Excellent quality of service in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Exxellent service from Luis at the reception and Filipe at breakfast. Would certainly recommend this hotel. A 20 minutes' walk to the city centre was easy to make. Metro and bus nearby. Small detail: perhaps tea or coffee in the room would be great.

Nice hotel

Very clean hotel, newly modernised, only down side is the gym facilities were limited (one treadmill, one multi gym machine and light weights only) Luckily it is next to a Virgin Active which I am a member of!

Les + : Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, wonderful staff
Les - : Nothing material
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as a base for exploring Lisbon. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful in meeting our needs and helping plan our itinerary. Location isn't that central but a taxi to the centre of town is so cheap. Would highly recommend.

Lisbon in the sun

Publié le 18 mars 2014
Les + : Nice enough hotel handy for public transport and the airport. On aroom only basis so can't comment on their food.
Les - : Signposting, the hotel is on a back street, it took us 90 minutes to find it evne though we were within 250 yards of it at all times.
Excellent week spent in lovely city undoubtedly helped by warm sunshine throughout

Extremely well-maintained hotel

Publié le 7 mars 2014
Les + : The staff here were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is being maintained to a high standard, the rooms and general areas were spotless.
Situation : Hotel is situated within 5 to 10 minutes stroll to 3 metro stations. A 20 minute walk to the tourist areas down the tree lined Avenue.
A great few days in Lisbon. Although the hotel was difficult to find when first arriving from the metro, it was well worth it. Once you have your bearings it is well situated for transport or a walk through the surrounding streets past local bars and restaurants down to the tourist areas. Lisbon is very hilly and the pavements are in need of repair everywhere, sensible shoes are a must. Transport; buses, trams and metro are easy to use and cheap by British standards.
