Magnifique vue, insonorisation chambres
Pour notre road trip sur la côte de l’Oregon nous avons choisi cet établissement à un prix vraiment attractif (basse saison novembre 2023) 105 euros la nuit. A ce prix nous avons profité d’un couché de soleil depuis la chambre face à l’océan dans notre lit king, ensuite seance sauna, bain à remous et piscine, et pour finir le lendemain un petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont vraiment très propres et très confortables, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Seuls deux points négatifs: 1/ Nous avons été réveillé à 6H30 à cause de la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, des enfants parlaient assez fort 2/ Le petit déjeuner n’est pas vraiment interessant, produits industriels, peu de gout, aucun fruits frais etc… difficile de trouver des petits déjeuner correct ici.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surfland. The room was clean with a fabulous ocean view. It was unusually warm so the room was hot with no air conditioning; the windows only opened a little ways. However, the staff found a box fan for us which helped. Be aware that this is a cliff side hotel. It is a bit of a hike up and down to the beach, but the views are worth it! Parking isn’t a problem either and it’s free! There are family games like corn hole on site for fun. The breakfast is the usual with waffles, eggs/sausage, yogurt etc. Super friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel.

Recent remodel, great ocean view from about 80' up on the 2nd floor. French press and appropriate size coffee packets was a nice touch! I'd prefer being able to open the windows wider, locks only allowed about 4" opening on either side. Room could get pretty warm in summer

LOVE. They called to let me know my room was ready early. The pressed coffee. The view. The personal phone call to make sure everything was to my liking. Easy parking. The walk to the beach. The snacks in the lobby. The girls at the desk. Traveling solo with my toddler i always feel mom shamed at nice places. I felt welcomed here and it was SO nice and relaxing. Our room is STUNNING!

Our stay was amazing! Very nice rooms with a beautiful ocean view. The front desk staff were super welcoming. Very convenient location in town with short drives to restaurants and shops. The walking path down to the beach was perfect. Good breakfast. Overall a very nice stay and will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed in the King studio with fireplace for anniversary and though not extremely fancy, it was a very nice room with beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean, the bed comfy, and it came with mini fridge and microwave. Water nice and hot and great tasting French press coffee. The free breakfast was kinda mediocre, and there’s room for improvement there. And beach access requires going up and down many steep stairs. But you can access beach easier by walking a block down the road. But despite just a few minor things, a very nice room and view and helpful friendly staff. Overall we were pleased!

The property was nicely updated with upscale amenities. It had a fresh, surfer vibe. The power breaker tripped while using the microwave and coffee pot, which was inconvenient but the staff fixed it quickly. I’d definitely stay again.

The property is nice and the rooms are decent. However the manager was rude and although they say they are dog friendly, the manager is clearly not a dog person. They rented me a room then when I checked in stated the room was not a dog friendly room and downgraded me. They did not allow a service dog in the breakfast area either. The other staff lady was very kind but clearly had no voice in the matter.

Please know we advise every guest if they are bringing a pet to call the property directly to make sure we have a pet friendly room available, since they are limited. It is stated on every booking site. I do not see any service dog noted on your reservation just a pet declared at check-in. Pets are not allowed in our Surfland Cafe nor the recreation area. We hope to welcome you back in the future and get you in the room you wanted.

We stayed with our 13 year old Chihuahua and had a blast. The views of the ocean were amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean and modern. We even had our friends over to enjoy takeout and we sat at the outdoor patio area to enjoy the fire pit. I would recommend!
