Expect to be greeted at a bank teller's window for check-in. Parking was good. Room smelled musty. Amenities were sparse but functional. Shower and toilet worked well. Microwave and fridge available. Carpet was old and stained. Inner spring mattresses were old but functional. Would not stay again.

We checked in and lasted 30 minutes before booking up the road. Bedding had stains all over it. Shower curtain was filthy. Bathroom was dirty. Walls were dirty. TV remote…didn’t even want to touch it. We weren’t expecting great things for the price but the pictures were absolutely deceiving. Maintenance guy was super nice.

The facility is showing its age. The room was clean, but you could tell it was old. There was a gap under the main door. The lamp shade had seen better days. If you need a cheap stay, this facility is the absolute minimum.

There was clearly a dog in the room first. Smelled of dog pee, had claw and bite marks on the broken bathroom door. The chair was clawed up and coming apart. The toilet ran all night and day. The smell just hit you in the face and was impossible to cover. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but it was disgusting. Cancelled my next reservation here and booked a different hotel.

Room was extremely nasty w/filth.the curtains & walls had who knows what splattered on then,blood in the bathroom, on the walls.Hair in the sheets as well as a little piece of baggie that looked to have had drugs in it prior possibly.The lady at the desk was extremely rude.I've stayed here numerous times and this by far was my worst experience.The lady at the desk was rude, bitter, and showed no customer service whatsoever.Extremly unprofessional.save your money. Also they advertise all beds to be serta. They're not, very uncomfortable. This was by far the worst bed/room I've stayed/slept at in a hotel throughout my travels. The housekeepers are on drugs and we're over heard speaking to another guest about such. Property also reeked of pot. Save your money.

I really wasn't impressed with my stay at Red Roof this time. I have stayed at the chain before and everything was better than this location. The kingsize bed was the best part of the stay. The TV set was not a smart TV so no Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. Also very limited channel selection. Microwave and small fridge was good. I couldn't get any hot water in the sink even after letting it run for quite a while. Tried all different settings. Room was not large with only a small table next to the TV and it had a lamp taking up most of it. I wouldn't go back here again.

Go across the street to extended stay.
Roaches and bugs and mold everywhere. The front desk lady Winnie was extremely rude and the maintenence guy is a weirdo. The house keeping people have no sense of consideration for the the occupants. They knock and knock and knock when its clear you dont need their services.

The first room i checked into had a broken shower head and mold in the shower. Had to get another room. Plus the original room was one they previously tried to give me and it still had the same issues. Meaning, they hadnt fixed it in over a month.

When booking was informed that there was a mini fridge. When we got into our room there was not. I currently have a three month old who I pump breast milk for so that was a little difficult with no refrigerator.

They had a very busy office clerk attending to many things at the same time.. It took a few extra minutes to check in. Other than that, it is a very basic and good place to spend the night.
