« I booked a specific room and arrived to find it unavailable. The staff offered a "suite" they claimed could accommodate 5 adults â it had one king bed and two chairs that pulled out into a single child-sized bed. That is not a suite for 5 adults. They then offered a standard king room, and the problems only got worse from there.
On the walk to the room, the hallway smelled strongly of cat urine. The room itself was clearly unfinished â no artwork on the walls, minimal lighting, and stained...
