I have stayed here a number of times. The staff are dog lovers and have come to know me and my dog quite well. They give him hugs and get kisses and warm fuzzies in return. We are well taken care of here.

It was really clean, the pool had a great view and was very quiet. Breakfast on the weekends should start earlier than 7:00, especially since there are a lot of sports teams that stay there

Computer Issues
Check in took 40 minutes due to the computer having connectivity issues. It was late and we were very tired and ready for bed. It was pretty disappointing having to stand in the lobby that long waiting for our room.

For the price the rooms were way too small. It is at the age where things are starting to wear out. Not enough room in eating area and coffee runs out pretty quickly. The Elliptical was not working right. Although there is a pool, there is no hot tub. The beds were good and the employees were friendly and helpful - just a lack of space in the room.

Excellent Place!
A gorgeous place to stay. The hotel has a view of the city and huge snake river below. Best advantage is having a great restaurant right next door! Excellent place to stay in Lewiston, Idaho.

Very nice hotel, I would recommend the mountain view side, it has a great view of the town and river from high a top a hill. The room we stayed in had a balcony which was nice and as a bonus we even saw two whitetail deer.

Easy place to stay for business.
Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous views of the valley from the hotel lobby and rooms. Great hotel amenities. There is a WONDERFUL steakhouse next door that I highly recommend for travelers. I tried the hotel breakfast around 7:45 a.m. and several key items (like milk) were out already. I must have hit it at a break in staffing. Be warned about the infamous Lewiston smell from the paper mill (this can't be helped by the hotel).

Great property. Pretty good breakfast. Comfortable bed. The only downside is that it is super expensive. Not sure I can afford to stay here in the future. It s like paying for a luxury hotel without the luxury.

Our room was so hot and muggy we couldn’t sleep. There is construction going on and I was not told before booking so the front was completely shut down. I have stayed before and had a great experience but this time was horrible.

The facility was undergoing a remodel. We were able to stay in one of the rooms that had just be finished. It was beautiful.

Hotel is being remodeled. Wouldnt have stayed there had I known. Noisy, dirty, no pool access, no spa access, no hot breakfast, just "to go" food bags. Staff was nice, they shouldnt be able to charge full price for a construction site.
